Those cold beers probably had a half-dozen tourists falling on their face today. They’re guzzling beer because they’re on vacation, and they don’t realize how much water they need. The air conditioned casinos and cold beers make them forget they’re in a desert.
Oh, yeah. I remember them days from when I lived in Vegas. No fun….. but much more comfortable than 90 degrees in NYC, where you have the 90% humidity with it, and the sweat is constantly running down your face.
In the desert the perspiration actually works well to cool you off because it evaporates.
Makes you appreciated those ice cold casino interiors , and those cold beers!
