13th Day of Protests in Egypt

We are now 13 days into the Egyptian protests and Friday was more of a whimper than a bang.  I guess the anti-Mubarak protesters rethought the strategy of marching on the Presidential Palace, which is probably for the best as the Egyptian military seems to have gotten things back under control.  The protests are mostly peaceful at present but it is being speculated that violence could erupt again if President Mubarak does not step down soon.

Increasingly we are finding out more about the Islamic Brotherhood, a faction which technically is outlawed in Egypt as no religious political parties are allowed.  Apparently the Brotherhood wields a lot more power than originally reported and in fact has been involved in the uprisings since the beginning.

I mentioned in an earlier article that it was being reported that our CIA had been holding secret talks with the Muslim Brotherhood months prior to the uprising.  Little by little and day by day, the theorized international conspiracy is beginning to look more plausible.  If all the protests in the region have been organized as a part of a larger plot to bring in radical Islamic rule, what other purpose could there be for our CIA to be involved other than the perpetuation of a new world order global agenda by its treasonous supporters within our government?

There were reportedly plans for an assassination attempt on the life of Omar Suleiman, Mubarak’s newly appoint vice-president.  However the plot was foiled.  So who do you think might want to kill the new vice-president?  Perhaps the Islamic Brotherhood as Omar Suleiman could cause an interim government to be created that would take the people through to the next election?  Or maybe even our CIA to send a message to Mubarak that when the U.S. says to step down he had better do so?

Everyone knows this world is being run by international criminals who put out contracts on the leaders of foreign sovereign countries as a normal course of business.  I believe the powers that be are going to do what they are going to do and all this cloak and dagger sensationalism is more for their own entertainment than anything else.

God help the people of the Middle East.
