    1. Unfortunately, that list will probably change tomorrow or the day after, digger, the way things are going.

  1. So what this list really says is get your food from a health food store or an organic food co-op…or grow it yourself. Only companies I’ve ever seen from this list in local supermarkets are Garden of Eatin’ chips and Thai Kitchen coconut milk. And prices for these companies’ products in health food stores are expensive…of course, the elites LOVE that one! Keeps us “littler people” eating cheaper crap food down and stupid, just what they want. But thanks for this list of righteous companies.

  2. The list should have an addendum that states the only soy that should be eaten is fermented soy. Non-fermented soy is extremely high in plant estrogens and will upset your hormonal balance. In fact, 1 to 2 glasses of soy milk per day for a month will completely disrupt a woman’s fertility cycle. Of course, women, if that’s your aim, have at it. In Japan, women have traditionally included unfermented soy, such as tofu, in meals for their men whose sexual appetites have wandered away from home, intended to decrease their libido.

  3. If you are able grow your own and use heritage seeds. If you can’t try to co-op with others.

  4. The above comment by Dawn is very correct. Muir Glen’s parent company spent money to defeat proposition 37 in California.

  5. Nice list, but I live in the Southern States and most of that list isn’t sold here. I would love to see a list of products that are GMO free that is sold mainly in the
southern states like Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Florida.
