Angry Passenger Tossed Off Plane after Crew Wishes Him ‘Merry Christmas’

Truth Revolt – by Sarah Fisher

A passenger at La Guardia Airport “flipped out” because airline employees wished him a Merry Christmas.

The man was waiting to board American Airlines Flight 1140 to Dallas when a cheerful gate agent began welcoming everyone with the Yuletide greeting while checking boarding passes.

The passenger told the gate agent “You shouldn’t say that because not everyone celebrates Christmas.”

The agent replied, “Well, what should I say then?”

“Don’t say, ‘Merry Christmas!’ ” the man shouted before brushing past her.

Once the passenger entered the plane, he was wished Merry Christmas again, apparently sending him over the edge.

“Don’t say, ‘Merry Christmas!’ ” the man raged before lecturing the attendants and the pilot about their faux pas.

The passenger refused to be calmed down and continued hectoring the crew.

He was escorted off the plane as the rest of the passengers cheered.

  1. “The passenger told the gate agent “You shouldn’t say that because not everyone celebrates Christmas.”

    jew

    1. Not necessarily a jew. Could be atheist, muslim, or any number of other beliefs.
Today a couple friends dropped by to say Merry Christmas. They told us that Home Depot (they both work there) did not play Christmas music in the store this year because the new manager is muslim. That’s a first. They use to start cranking loops of Christmas music the day after Thanksgiving.

  2. I guess if the crew would have wished him a Happy Hanukkah he would have been just fine with that. BTW, this year on my local TV station they’ve been wish us a happy hanukkah about as much as Merry Christmas. What’s with that???

  3. For those who want to know, Christ’s birthday WASN’T on the 25th of December. I can tell you who WAS born on the 25th of December though; Chrishna, Mithra, Horus, Buddha (born the 25th of December 563 BC.), Hercules, Attis, Tammuz, Osiris, Quetzalcoatl, Beddou etc. etc.

  4. This is the kind of idiot that I have to deal with at work.

Hey everyone, why don’t we just stop saying, “Happy New Year” or “Happy Easter” or “Happy Valentine’s Day” because not everyone celebrates those days? 🙄 Let’s just say, “Happy Holiday” for EVERY holiday we have. I mean that sounds normal, right? 🙄

    UNFRIGGINBELIEVABLE!!!!

I seriously don’t know where these people’s brains are at.

You know, when I was living in China, they celebrated “Chinese New Year”. When people said, “Happy Chinese New Year”, did I go around and say, “Hey, you shouldn’t say that because not everyone celebrates ‘Chinese New Year'”?

HELL NO! I’d be laughed at or thrown out of the country. And it’s just plain childish and pathetic.

So what the F**K is wrong with the people of this country. GROW UP! 😡 It’s an American holiday. Deal with it! If you don’t like it, then go back to whatever country you came from.
