I am no linguist, I am no scholar, I am NOT the be all, end all of warfare. What I am is a Father, a Christian, and a Veteran… in that order. I am also the Commanding officer of my militia unit, The Westmoreland County Militia, Regulators 1st Battalion. . . with my people placing their lives in my hands, in hopes that I will keep them safe and ultimately lead them to victory and someday a better life than what is being presented to them now. This is a very large responsibility and one I do NOT take lightly. I have lost A LOT of sleep because of it. I promise you.
What I want to discuss is something that I NEVER see being mentioned on this board or any like it. It is something that NEEDS to be discussed. ESPECIALLY now.. as we are on the brink of something that NO ONE here is prepared for..I don’t care WHAT type of training or warfare experience you may have.
People are getting awfully itchy to start the fight. People WANT to take our country back. People are TIRED of being scared, for themselves and their families. People are SICK of being railroaded by a government that almost daily, tries to strip of us of our freedoms. People are READY to draw that line in the sand, lock and load, saddle up, and move out.. Well I say ARE YOU? Are you REALLY ready?
As militias, we have trained. We have prepared. We have stocked up on food and ammo and other things we think we will need. We have gathered intelligence and continue to do so. We have networked with other units, we have prepared our bug out locations. But there’s one thing I feel people haven’t prepared for.. because the truth of the matter is you cant prepare for this particular “thing”.
It is the consequences of our actions. What we are about to embark upon is going to be what will probably be the most EPIC civil war in history. What we are about to do isn’t just going to change what happens here, but will most likely change the entire world as we know it.
There have been uprisings all over the world as of late, there is no questioning that. But not ONE of those uprisings has involved the type of sheer firepower involved that this one will. The United States is unquestionably the most heavily armed country in the world. Our Military is the best the world has to offer, and our populace is the most well armed and well trained known to man. The sheer bloodiness of this coming conflict will be mammoth to say the very least..
This “war”, should it happen, will be like nothing ever witnessed by humanity. And there will be a heavy price paid for that. You people NEED to think about that and understand that before you go marching off with intentions of blowing away the nearest federale’ or Blue hat you see.
To quote Mel Gibson in the Patriot, (a VERY powerful movie you should all watch, or watch again).. This will be a war fought in our OWN back yards. In FRONT of our children. You NEED to understand the ramifications of that. As a father, and a husband.. this weighs VERY heavily on me. I hope it does you as well.. because if not it damn well better.
This wont be an overnight undertaking, this will be no two month Gulf war, This war will drag on for YEARS, and will COMPLETELY change the face of the United States as we know it. Some people say we NEED that change.. And I agree to a point… But are you ready for your hometown, where you grew up and played as a child.. to be turned into a 3rd world bombed out S#%t hole like Mogadishu? Like Iraq? Like Afghanistan? Are you prepared to see EVERYTHING you’ve ever known destroyed in the blink of an eye? All in the name of “Freedom”?
Who will rebuild all that? Who will heal the scars we and our enemies will burn into our children’s psyche’s? What will come out of the ashes of this great “war”? Will it be something new and beautiful? Or something darker.. Perhaps by engaging in this endeavor we are unwittingly ushering in the dreaded New World Order as we have come to know it.
There’s no way of knowing. Thats the cold hard truth. And NO ONE will tell me otherwise. And anyone who tries to tell you otherwise is a liar. That is a fact. Know this though.. NO ONE will come to our aid.. We have burned our bridges with pretty much the entire world. We ARE a hated nation. We have enjoyed this wonderful lifestyle our whole lives on the backs of the rest of the world and you’d better believe they wont forget it.
So.. it’s just US vs.THEM. in a fight to the finish. This will be a war for ALL humanity and for the future of the human race as we know it. AGAIN.. YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THIS. The whole world is watching.. waiting.. for that first shot to be fired, for that ONE shot will change the future of the entire world as we know it. Are YOU prepared for that? Because if it is indeed YOU who fires that first shot.. good or bad..you will go down in history as the person who changed the world. Think about it. Think LONG and HARD about it. And then.. come to me and tell me how “prepared” you really are.
I have only scratched the surface of things you need to THINK about before we do this.. But hopefully this gets you thinking seriously about the consequences of what so many people seem “eager” to do.

Everything the author say’s is true, to a point. How much longer can we American Nationals endure? How much longer must we wait?
If not us, who?
It’s not likely that my tiny insignificant hometown will be turned into Mogadishu, but if it is, so be it. Many comunities will be destroyed.
The cost to restore our Republic will be high, I’ve come to accept that. Nothing worth having comes easy or cheap.

Amen to that. We can always rebuild better. The old world we have watched turn into a slave camp is no longer to our liking and a new one is needed.
Yes some will die. Probably many will die because what we fight for is our freedom and our right to a life worth living. Those who oppose will not give up easily.
The people of Iraq and Afghanistan have stood up to our military and performed admirably in the face of such odds. What is holding us back. I think the world is asking the same thing, “what is wrong with those americans cant they see what is happening to them and the world”.
I have zero faith in any level of our current government system and see no reason to keep such a corrupt and self serving group around at all.
Sure there will hardships but he price is worth it now more than ever.

That liberty has and continue cost so much, should remind us again, again, how valuable it is.

National Liberty dilveriness from tyranny cost Moses the contest of pharaoh. plagues, confrontations he has with the pharaoh pharaoh of Egypt. All Moses endured the next 40 years. no victory, no promise land no nation, nothing but repeated injury. The people he brought of Egypt never made it to the promise land. That is cost of liberty folks…Moses did that just to save those people from Egypt to save them from tyranny.
Now you understand what its like to live like a Rebel, theirs no return to society or your life. Without COST….But the Rewards will be greater and the remembrance of those nation wide would be better and greater. And many more moving forward to join the fight.
Do not lament the war but rather embrace it as the founders did. It was not an if but only a when between 1765 and what finally occurred in 1775. Organize,arm,equip and train as a militia/team for mutual defense. LOGISTICS. More is always better. The deeper our logistics train the better you will fight. Do what you can as you can. I could walk out my door right now, pull the trigger on a weapon, blast whom ever it was, standing in front of me, that had come to do away with me and my neighborhood………even at the age I am, near 70. I could do that just as I did in Nam 1969…only this time would be for a worthy cause…A cause which I was not involuntarily put into through this Mans Army Draft.
However its not likely I will do that.
Its highly unlikely the STATE….meaning the US Gov is going to pull off an invasion of its own people. Why? I doubt they are able to do that….Do they have the weapons…Yea….What they don’t have is the people to do the deed.
The US Military would, in all likely hood, not go along with it. States National Guard units would also decline…city and county law enforcement would, in most cases decline…The commissioners of most counties in our land…would decline……..the populatin at large is not going to step up and do themselves in…..quite the contrary…….
So the evil at the top…is not going to get the vast(other) 99 percent…to do themselves in…
The US is disintegrating it is not building……..it is falling…
Do I have some fear that some false flag, some insanity itself may yet attempt tighter control….? Yes, I do….
I do think, what ever that might be, can be overcome……

The author (Yingling) of this article makes perfectly good points, but overlooks one simple fact,…. We have no other option left.
The American people by their nature are hard working, decent folk (most of us anyway),… but the hard core communists that have already overthrown the Fed Gov’t, and their International Bankster bosses see only one future,… they have everything,.. we have nothing,… they control all,.. we die,.. that’s it,.. that is their plan for our future welfare.
They cannot be reasoned with, they will not negotiate, they have no conscience or moral compass to alter their course,… period.
THEY,.. the criminals, pyschopaths and criminals trying to obtain complete control of the planet will not deviate from their plans, or current course of events no matter what the outcome,… THEY are the ones that have left us no option but to fight when the fight is upon us,… and it is at our doorstep at this very moment.
The question confronting all of us now is not how good are your marksmanship skills, or how well prepared are your stocks and stores,… it all comes down to a Rubicon moment,…. when will YOU say you have had enough,.. pick up your weapon,… and point it at some form of representative of this criminal gov’t??? because the moment you have down that,.. you are “all in”,.. there is no turning back, for the gov’t MUST make an example of you by killing you,.. or at the least,.. putting you into it’s black hole of “prisons for profit” system,.. our modern day version of the Gulag.
This is the only question you need to dwell on, because it is the consequences of that singular moment that will forever alter your life, and possible,.. the course of this country’s future.
And so I reiterate my question: “What is YOUR Rubicon moment”?

Perhaps LA or New York will look like mogadishu but most of this country will not.
The fact of the matter is TPTB need our labor and our goods. We the people do not need their fake money or oversight. That being said they need us we dont need them. This math is so easy.
Im only wondering what will cause the “first shot”.
Will it be a band of armed citizens marching on the homes of politicians and bankers?
Will it be people fighting back at the swat teams who put the hood on lock down?
Perhaps it will be the sabotage of supply trucks going to DC? I for one think we should piss in milk jugs and on thanksgiving day we all go to washington and throw them over the 1600 penn ave fence. That way I dont have to pretend to give a sh!t about sports all day. But thats just me.
One aspect of a revolt that was skimmed over is the part where we revolutionaries share ideas with one another. Where we learn new skills and different ideals from those around us within the movement. The part of a revolt where we buy raw milk because they say no and dont get vaccinated because they say so. The part where in the face of assured violence we look out for each other and keep one another fed and warm. The part where we explain to our children that this world is to become theirs and that we will give them a head start on being able to enjoy it.
We do not need to destroy everything in order to free ourself and our children. We just need to sever the tie that binds tyranny, fear and hate to achieving a better way of living. Cutting an umbilical cord can be violent depending on whether you use a knife or a jack hammer.

Thanks for this article…someone had to do it! Consequences! Especially for those like me who abhor violence, death and destruction. My only fear in this scenario is that the folks who emerge as leaders of it will be psychopaths themselves, just like the ruling bankster/oligarchy is…a leader of this type who could emerge is a man I knew fairly well when he started the 1990s “Republic of Texas” movement, Rick McLaren…he was a neighbor and a friend of ours for years and through various manipulations got us involved in his “movement” for a while, until we realized what it really was: a gun-running and money laundering outfit that also used the bogus “Washitaw” nation (headed by “Queen” “Dugdamoundya”!). In the end I realized that McLaren was just another power-hungry psycho. Remember: CONSEQUENCES!

I believe we are both correct.
All readers and learners,,,,,keep your wits about you.
First make up your mind, are you keeping your oath and supporting and defending the US Constitution? If you are, then you must believe in the US Constitution and ALL that is in PURSUANCE THEREOF it as the Supreme LAW of THIS land. It that is true, then act like it. What do I mean?
Enforce it. Every person elected has a contract they must meet and agree to to lawfully get into that position or office. They MUST keep that contract to stay meeting the lawful requirements of that office. I’ll get to the laws concerning the oaths at the end.
Every branch of the federal government has specific duties assigned to it. They are not allowed lawfully to usurp more powers for them, nor are they allowed to use the powers lawfully that are assigned to another branch – congress is the ONLY branch that has legislative powers, whch means that there are NO lawful executive orders since they are a usurpation of the congress’ assigned duties.
Congress is also given the duty to coin money. They gave that power to the federal reserve unlawfully as they may not give their assigned duties away. That means that every congress since the one that committed that unlawful deed – Federal Reserve – has been complicit in that crime.
Some other examples: Constitution of the United States of America, Article I, Section. 1: All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.
US Constitution, Article I, Section 8, Clause 11: “To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water”.
Because the congress has the duty to grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal – which is using private citizens in their own privately owned crafts to defend the USA and her people they have the duty to arm them. More on that.
Clause 12: “To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years”. The money that the congress has illegally spent beyond the lawfully allotted time of two years of supporting a “standing military” was/is a misappropriation of funds (misappropriation n. the intentional, illegal use of the property or funds of another person for one’s own use or other unauthorized purpose, particularly by a public official, a trustee of a trust, an executor or administrator of a dead person’s estate, or by any person with a responsibility to care for and protect another’s assets (a fiduciary duty). It is a felony (a crime punishable by a prison sentence http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/misappropriation).
Clause 15 which requires the congress: “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and REPEL INVASIONS”. This clause is very straightforward also. The militia of each state is taxed with the defense of the USA and her people, not just with the defense of their state; and they are to be armed with weapons that can repel any invasions bearing modern weapons of war. Congress is required to provide those military grade weapons for the militias.
Clause 16 makes it VERY clear that the ARMING of the MILITIA of each state is a duty the congress is lawfully REQUIRED to carry out:
“To provide for organizing, ARMING, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress”.
The US Congress is under the obligation by the supreme law of this land to ARM each state’s militia with the type of arms that will “repel invasions”- the same arms as the modern military uses. Each state has the duty to TRAIN the militia in the proper use of those arms.
Article VI, Clause 2 of the US Constitution: “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”
The Constitution of the United States of America and all laws, bills, treaties, etc that are IN PURSUANCE THEREOF are the Supreme Law of this land, NOT those who serve within the federal government unless they are doing the duties assigned by the US Constitution and in a constitutional manner . The Supremacy Clause of Article VI does not declare that laws passed by the federal government are the supreme law of the land, period. What it says is that the “laws of the United States made in pursuance” of the Constitution are the supreme law of the land. In PURSUANCE thereof, not in VIOLATION thereof.
The first law statute of the United States of America, enacted in the first session of the First Congress on 1 June 1789, was Statute 1, Chapter 1: an act to regulate the time and manner of administering certain oaths, which established the oath required by civil and military officials to support the Constitution.
The wording of the Presidential Oath was established in the Constitution in Article II, Section 1, Clause 8.
‘Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”’
The Framers placed the presidential Oath of Office after the beginning clauses setting forth the organization of the executive department, and before the ending clauses that specify the contours of the President’s assigned power. The President takes the oath after he assumes the office but before he executes it. The location and phrasing of the Oath of Office Clause strongly suggest that it is not empowering, but that it is limiting – the clause limits how the President’s “executive power” is to be exercised.
The requirement for all Federal and State Civil officers to give their solemn and binding Oath is established in Article VI, Section 1, Clause 4.
They are bound by their Oath to support the US Constitution, and should they abrogate their Oath by their acts or inaction, are subject to charges of impeachment and censure – political remedy for a political offense; civil and criminal charges.
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”
Once given, the Oath is binding for life, unless renounced, refused, and abjured. It does not cease upon the occasions of leaving office or of discharge.
Solemn: “Legally binding, Common legal phrase indicating that an agreement has been consciously made, and certain actions are now either required or prohibited. The other requirement for an agreement or contract to be considered legally binding is consideration – both parties must knowingly understand what they are agreeing to”
.
Bound: “Being under legal or moral obligation; to constitute the boundary or limit of; to set a limit to; confine”
Legally Binding: Common legal phrase. Lawful action, such as an agreement consciously agreed to by two or more entities, establishing lawful accountability. An illegal action, such as forcing, tricking, or coercing a person into an agreement, is not legally binding. Both parties knowingly understand what they are agreeing to is the other requirement to legally establish an agreement or contract.
Consideration: “Consideration in a contract is a bargained for exchange of acts or forbearance of an act.”
Require, Requirement, Required: Mandated under a law or by an authoritative entity. “To claim or ask for by right and authority; That which is required; a thing demanded or obligatory; something demanded or imposed as an obligation.”
Contract: “An agreement between two or more parties creating obligations that are enforceable or otherwise recognizable at law.”
5 U.S.C. 3331, provides the text of the actual oath of office the three branches of our government, the military, all law enforcement, the heads of the States, all federal employees are required to take before assuming office.
5 U.S.C. 3333 requires the three branches of our government, the military, all law enforcement, the heads of the States, all federal employees sign an affidavit that they have taken the oath of office required by 5 U.S.C. 3331 and have not or will not violate that oath of office during their tenure of office as defined by the third part of the law,
5 U.S.C. 7311 which explicitly makes it a federal criminal offense for anyone employed in the United States Government to “advocate the overthrow of our constitutional form of government”.
18 U.S.C. 1918 provides penalties for violation of oath of office described in 5 U.S.C. 7311 which include: (1) removal from office and; (2) confinement or a fine.
The definition of “advocate” is further specified in Executive Order 10450 which for the purposes of enforcement supplements 5 U.S.C. 7311.
Executive Order 10450 provision specifies it is a violation of 5 U.S.C. 7311 for any person taking the oath of office to advocate “the alteration … of the form of the government of the United States by unconstitutional means.”
Our form of government is defined by the Constitution of the United States, and according to EO 10450 plus 5 U.S. 7311, any act taken by government officials who have taken the oath of office prescribed by 5 U.S.C. 3331 which alters the form of government other then by amendment, is a criminal violation of the 5 U.S.C. 7311.
28 C.F.R. Section 0.85 Terrorism: “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives”.
Domestic terrorism is the unlawful use, or threatened use, of force or violence by a group or individual based and operating entirely within the United States or Puerto Rico without foreign direction committed against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof in furtherance of political or social objectives.
Remove any judge within state or federal courts that are not using “Good Behaviour” as the US Constitution requires – that would be carrying out the US Constitution’s assigned duties for the judicial branch, and taking and KEEPING the Oath.
18 USC § 241 – Conspiracy against rights: If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or
If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
Article IV Section 4 of the Constitution: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion…

There are many more laws that we can start using against them. I am not saying that they would accept arrests and prosecutions lightly, a lot of criminals do not. But to bring the US military in to defend them from facing the courts about the charges brought against them might not work in their favor.
Do not forget that Bush 1, the Clintons, Bush 2, and Obama plus a lot out of each of their adminstrations and the military brass surrounding them were INDICTED as War Criminals. They all still need to be prosecuted.
