“Armed” Marine Calls Out Obama in Front of White House on Election Night

Washington D.C. – In an extremely bold move, one former Marine by the name of Sergeant (Sgt.) Manny E. Vega, took to the street in front of the White House after the elections Tuesday night, and he was armed with a megaphone and his First Amendment right of free speech.

Sgt. Vega, who is forever a Marine and now active in the Patriot Militia, had spent almost nine years in the United Stated Marine Corps (pronounced ‘core’, in case Obama should read this), during which time he deployed to Iraq three separate times in defense of our homeland.

On the evening of November 4th, Vega was enjoying a victory celebration in Richmond, VA, for Congressman elect Dave Brat when he felt the urge to ‘do’ and ‘say’ something more.

He and a couple of his fellow patriots made the decision to undertake a road-trip of sorts and travel over an hour so they could verbally express their expectations and opinions over the GOP win, with maximum volume, directly in front of the People’s House.

He exercised his First Amendment right and let Obama have it, in no uncertain terms. I can’t imagine the intestinal fortitude that it must have taken in order to call out the president in such a way. Sgt. Vega, in this short clip, went so far as to tease Obama about his golfing obsession and his disrespect for our Constitution, as well as ask him for his resignation. Sgt. Vega also threw in a few “birther” jabs too. He referred to Obama as an ‘usurper’ and demanded that he vacate the White House.

I’m no psychic, but I predict some IRS audits and a predominate spot on the “no fly list” in Manny’s future. Is he worried? Not even a little.

According to my recent conversation with Sgt. Vega, the purpose of his impromptu visit to the White House was not focused solely on the President.

“These politicians are our public servants and they will maintain their positions only by serving the American people.”

Although this video clip is roughly five minutes long, Sgt. Vega told me that he was there for almost an hour, voicing his expectations as an American. In my opinion, he not only used his freedom of speech, but did so fearlessly.

Oddly enough, Sgt. Vega told me that no Secret Service nor Capitol Police approached him during that hour to silence his brutally honest message to the President and our newly elected representatives.

It’s difficult to say which part of this video was my favorite, but I especially liked his rendition of America the Beautiful at the end. He not only has a strong, patriotic voice, but he’s also got a huge set of … American values.

I told him it was quite ballsy, what he did at One O’clock AM at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, to which he responded:

“It shouldn’t be considered ballsy. What I did, I did to show we can. It’s our right. Not just preaching it, but actually doing it.”

He did it, and as an American citizen, I’m so very proud! He’s an inspiration. He didn’t have a crowd behind him. He didn’t do it for fanfare. He did it because he felt that he should, and he was right.

Well done Sergeant Vega. Well done.

This is one story that needs to be shared far and wide. He did what so many of us have wanted to do for a long time. Show your support for this Marine and share his story.

  1. Good for him. I do take issue with “..deployed to Iraq three separate time to defend our homeland..” I was unaware that Iraq attacked the Father”’.er.. Homeland. If none of the WH security bothered him its because he was allowed there, for whatever reason.
