My name is Joe Sirochman owner of American Spirit Arms and I wanted to share my recent experience with Bank of America .(which we have been doing business with for over 10 years)….
Everyone is familiar with the latest increase in guns sales , dealers selling out of inventory , Manufacturers back logged for months , large revenue all generated in the last two weeks …. American Spirit Arms is no exception to the overwhelming demand . What we have experienced is that our web site orders have jumped 500 % causing our web site E commerce processing larger Deposits to BANK OF AMERICA ..Well, this through up a huge RED Flag with Bank of America . So they decided to hold the deposits for further review , meaning that the orders/payments that were coming in through the web ,( being paid by the customer and that were shipped out by American Spirit Arms ),the BANK was keeping (UNDER REVIEW )..as you could imagine this made me furious…After countless hours on the phone with BANK OF AMERICA I finally got a Manager in the right department that told me the reason that the deposits were on hold for FURTHER REVIEW …

..” WE BELIEVE YOU SHOULD NOT BE SELLING GUNS and PARTS ON THE INTERNET “…I flipped the F**k Out and told them that they have no right to make up their own new rules and regs..that we are a firearms Manufacturer with all the proper licensing FFL (Federal Firearm license ), SOT and that we follow all Federal and All
States’ rules and regulations on shipping Firearms and parts ..and that we are also Audited by ATF and Homeland
Security on a regular basis … She said that she understands that but that the deposits will be released After they have a
Chance to review and clear them …I told her that This was unacceptable and the those deposits (that were a week old by now ) needed to be released ASAP, that we are a small business and rely on the revenue to run and stay operational.
After that being said another Manager got involved and released one of the deposits (to help out )… So far to date after
Two weeks of sales only 1/3 of collected internet sales have been released ..I am still pissed and looking for another
Bank and options …
I just thought the public should know ..I will keep everyone posted on new developments ..

BAHAHAHAAA!!!! JUST WHO THE F**K DO YOU THINK YOU ARE??? You are in no position to tell us what we should or shouldn’t do with our money. The money gets put into the bank and you get money for it and we take it out. That’s all you need to know. GO F**K YOURSELF!!!
I used to work for BofA in the mortgage collections department in Getzville, NY around the time of Kent Lewis in 2004 (when I was a sheeple and before I was awaken and taken out of the matrix. I’m ashamed of myself as I think about it now). You wouldn’t believe what the people hear about that guy. A drunk and a loser who never knew what the hell he was doing. He was a mere puppet and so were the managers and directors. They even have their own Bank of America channel blasting their propaganda on in their big corporate cafeterias like Big Brother proudly throwing propaganda on how great the war was going. Talk about sickening. Their motto that was blasted everywhere in the building was “Bank of America: Higher Standards”. The only “Higher Standards” they had was stealing money and harassing people in order to gain more corporate profits for the executives and investors. People who started working there and trained in my group, who were younger than me at the time even stated in a meeting in our conference room that we were harassing these people when their mortgage payments weren’t even late yet and the managers were telling us to tell the customers that it was just a “courtesy call” to make sure they can make their payments on time. A few of those people up and quit the next day because they didn’t want to be involved in any part of it. I was too stupid back then, but looking back now, I can say I was proud of them and that I should have done the same if I had not been stuck in the matrix. Unfortunately, I had to leave the country in order to see what was really happening IN my country, which is why I believe that many people have to go out of the country in order to see what is REALLY happening within the country. I’m living proof of that.

Ahhh…..the infamous, “I understand that…but…” response. If I had a penny for every time I heard that, I would be a rich man by now. Apparently, you don’t “understand” JACKSHIT, BITCH or you wouldn’t be doing that!!! But you only care about pleasing your corporate masters and climbing that matrix reality ladder in hopes of getting a few more extra fiat dollars in your salary every year. Hope you’re proud of yourself when the collapse comes and you find out that your fiat money will only be good to heat up that fire near your tent during those cold winter nights out on the streets.

This goes along with taking BofA’s “HIGHER STANDARDS”, hypocritical mind-controlled Fascist policy, way out of context and applying it to whatever they want in order to further consolidate and manipulate their control on the American people.
BOA knows they are a part of the criminal banking empire. These crooks are so afraid that by the time they put on a new pair a shorts they’ve already soiled them. They know that if the people revolt, they’re pretty high up on the shit list. So yeah, they’re afraid of guns. But you know what? If the government, the banks and the mega corparations didn’t behave like criminals then they’d have nothing to fear.
Just change Banks. They lost your business.
