Since this incident failed to create mayhem, the next step will be to covertly send in the Mossad to assassinate Jews, and really stir the pot. Then Kerry will return to the flyer and claim that it was never a fake and that Russia distributed it. The West wants a World War by any credible means (provocations, false flags and lies).
