Fighting Police Officers – Lucky to Be Alive – I Would Have Shot Their Ass

It’s now the new law you must say “I’M GOING TO REMAIN SILENT” if a police officer ask you to talk to him, even if you’re not under arrest. There’s no law that requires you to talk to a police officer, but you must say “I’M GOING TO REMAIN SILENT” and then shut up!

DETROIT – After a brawl with the police, two brothers are charged with assaulting officers but they say they’re the real victims and have the proof to prove it: the whole fight was caught on video.

It all started when Tywonn Mitchell, 20, and Naybon Moore, 26, were driving to Grandy’s Coney Island back in May. They say that’s when Detroit police officers began profiling them, tailing their car.

The brothers pulled into the restaurant and the police car backed away, so they thought everything was fine.

But then the officers followed them into the Coney Island, and asked to see their IDs. The brothers asked to know what they had done wrong, (as you can hear in the video), both of them were aware of their rights. One is studying criminal justice and the other is studying law.

That’s when one of the brothers flipped his hands, and it turned into a full-on brawl.
The brothers were taken into custody. Fast forward three months now, and they are charged with assault and battery on a police officer, obstruction of justice, and resisting arrest.

But they claim, they are the real victims here.

Detroit Police Department tells us, when the incident happened the officers admitted they used force and a command level investigation was conducted.

The officers say when they were investigating inside the Coney Island, one of the officers extended his hand and asked one of the brothers to step back, but he slapped the officers hand in return. At that point the police officer responded with force.

The use of force was deemed appropriate and reasonable after intensive review of the video and interviewing the brothers.

  1. Seems to me the young men did nothing wrong and this is a classic case of police overstepping their bounds as servants of public safety. When someone/ anyone pushes someone else it iS an act of aggression. A jury will find these men innocent. An investigation by a non police body should be immediately called. If the investigation finds the police acted inappropriately the officers should be terminated. I think it is time to retake our country and eliminate the police state.

  2. Doesn’t seem to be a good week for the NYPD when another copper got owned by British soldiers who were going to a club in NY who objected being called black ba**ards and lewd comments made to one of the soldiers girlfriends.

Apparently the soldiers tore the copper a new one and then some

  3. The cops are out of control. They think they can do as they please and us the “citizens” (their word not mine) will shut up and deal with it. These kids did what is right. They defended themselves agaisnt an aggressor. The problem is, the cops always do an internal investigation and the cops are deemed innocent. Their day will come soon. When t SHTF they will not have the criminal forces to defend them and we will finally stop this insanity. THese SOBs must learn that they cannot do as they please. We WILL defend ourselves against anything that is attempting to harm us.

    1. Remember what C.O.P. stands for Citizen on Patrol like good ol George Z.
They(cops) just hate owning up to that fact.
