Video of Arrest
This video was taken 8.16.12 around 7:30 pm. This is the video of a fellow patriot, Brandon J Raub, being “arrested” and taken away by Chesterfield County Virginia Police Department. They showed up inquiring his postings on facebook, and then they just took him.
…what was his posting..? what did he say or..write..? I’ve already been visited by the FBI for my writing…so I’d be interested in what he was arrested for?

It turns out that he posted the same topics/issues/questions/concerns that we’ve been posting here. (Ron Paul Revolution, corrupt politicians trashing the Constitution, the Illuminati, 9/11 an inside job, signed a petition to reopen the 9/11 investigation, he spoke of a “civil war”/”revolution” coming…)
I guess we can all expect a knock on the door.

They picked him specifically to send a message.
I heard this morning that he was arrested for blaming the govt. for the 911 disaster, and also something to the effect of getting out his ax to chop off some heads.
That COULD be considered a bit extreme, digger, if true.
Then again, consider the source.

I was wondering why no paramilitary swat team with auto weapons? Seemed to go too smooth or at least what we are seeing.
It is not so much about what he wrote as why they chose him. The criminals in the government just want to silence him as a way to send a widespread message of fear and intimidation (ie. a terroristic threat) against everyone’s unalienable Constitutional right to free speech in this country. This is a classic demonization ploy and targets former military members specifically. They are the most feared by the government.
Just look at the DHS statements around the most likely terrorists in this country being former soldiers or “lone wolf” gunman. (ie. Alleged lone gunman killing Sikh’s. Although multiple witnesses state their was more than 1. Same with the movie shooting.) Many of the military people risked their lives for what they thought was right and just. When they realize it was not and they were manipulated into killing innocent people and risking their lives for lies, power and greed this makes them dangerous. They are now highly trained killers and leaders in their own right.
A Sgt. with a brain on his shoulders is also a likely person to charge. A good senior level NCO is more valuable than a platoon of officers in a fight. You single out 1 to send a message to the rest. Which in this case includes not only all current and ex-military but citizens alike. That should answer a lot of it for you.
The most important thing to do if you find yourself in this or a similar situation is say these 4 simple words and keep repeating them. “I Do Not Consent”. And do not cooperate in any way. Then remain silent until you are able to contact trusted family or friends to help get you out of it.
Wake up. Know your rights and exercise them every chance you get. Guns equal freedom. If we ever forfeit that right through choice or by decree expect total tyranny for you and your children.

Yes I’d like to know what he wrote as well. I too have been visited and interrogated by the SS for something I wrote. In 2006, I said that a tactical nuke on AIPAC would take out 500 of the worst traitors to the United States…and expounded abit.
Apparently, since the President of the United States frequents AIPAC, some little hasbarat forwarded my article to the Secret Service and they wanted to have a talk with me.
Surprisingly, the meeting did not go as badly as I would have thought. Turns out that one of the two SS Agents went through Special Forces Q course with me 20 years previously and did NOT disagree with my assessment. He also made it very clear that it was his responsibility to protect the President’s life and that the suggestion I made could be taken as a potential threat against the man.
I made it very clear that as an American soldier, I took an oath to protect the United States from all enemies foreign and domestic.
AIPAC is the headquarters of a foreign government in America’s very capitol city. I have refrained from expressing the opinion any further as requested but I see no harm in explaining my situation from a few years back that may mirror this man’s current situation.
…I’d worked for the US Department of Defense for over twenty years, had been a “Federally Protected Whistle-Blower” (Ha!) for most of that time, and had been reporting fraud, waste and abuse for decades….after they negotiated my retirement..they screwed with me for years, refusing to pay my pension, and refusing to pay out the cash-settlement they had agreed to (they still are refusing to pay – if you know anything about AAFES, you will understand the corruption)
…so in one of my e-mails, I expressed the opinion that the leadership were so corrupt, “they deserved to be shot”…after being found guilty of corruption, etc…
…They didn’t take too kindly to my opinion, the FBI calls me up and arranges a meeting at a local McDonald’s…I arranged to have video coverage from a distance and had some of my people stationed around the lot to watch and intervene if necessary (the FBI didn’t like that, once they realized that we were watching them)…
They basically told me I needed to be careful regarding what I wrote, could be considered a threat, etc….nothing to it, legally so to speak..but they were just telling me to shut up….that didn’t work either…

They just jumped straight to jailing me anonymously once, under a fictitious name the second time (A sheriff messed up and gave me a phone call after a week in jail the first time, so they released me immediately after the call was made, no strings attached) and the second time, when they had me under a fictitious name, (I GAVE THEM MY REAL NAME AND TOLD THEM NOT TO JAIL ME IN A WAY THAT COULD NOT BE TRACED) someone must not have agreed somewhere in the chain and I got let out due to a paperwork error.
So sheesh, at least you guys got spoken to! When they are REALLY pissed, that does not happen!

We just can’t get enough people interested in this. They’ve been so badly brainwashed by msm that they believe news like this that the guy is a “terrorist”.
While people have been playing on facebook these last several years, the US has been completing their plans for the biggest police state (“police state” doesn’t quite describe this..but for lack of better terms..) which looks like it will make stalin’s system look free.
I did think the mom needed to shut up! She does not need to answer any questions by these auto-robots. She could inadvertently say something she thinks is helping but which can be further used against this man.

I do not know what the gentlemen wrote, but, The Government lost it’s case in Federal court in June and or July-The case concerned what the president, (or those under his orders can or cannot do with regards to”indeterminate incarceration without due process under AUMF guidelines
The Judge “threw the book at these idiot attorneys, who produced no witnesses, no testimony, and no explanation required by the Judge Forrester-She ruled against them right from the bench-The offense must have a direct connection with 9-11 or Alqueda-It appears as well thatr they have lost the appeal for reconsideration as well- They calim they aere not required to explain anything, she suggested contempt proceedings, Unless this gentlemen made some definitive threats they are groundless to charge anyone other than what the court defined-

Oh I see how it is, the police can take your kid for no reason, but when you ask the police to take their glasses off, they say they don’t have to. I see how it only works one way here. Don’t you just love how those assholes have to always hide behind their glasses so they can play the “I can see you but you can’t see me” childish game. That is why I never wear glasses. Like Clint Eastwood says in the movie, “In the line of fire” when asked why he doesn’t wear glasses when on Secret Service Duty, he says, “I don’t like to hide behind glasses as I like to see the killer with my own eyes”. Policemen who wear sunglasses all the time are just plain cowards and are afraid of their own shadow. That black guy ought to be shot in the head. If he came to my house, I wouldn’t let him go until he takes them off and shows me the look of fear in his eyes. And he can take his attitude and monkey ghetto walk back to the zoo where he belongs.
