IRS attacks conservative groups but silent on Clinton Foundation

In the midst of the news media coverage of the Hillary Clinton emails, her private Internet server, her thumbing her nose at government regulations and allegations that her and her husband’s “charity” was involved in shady deals, no one except for public-interest groups is asking about an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) investigation. There are several allegations that the Clinton Foundation is nothing more than a sophisticated and elaborate political slush fund, according to news stories on Monday.

More than one group that was targeted by the IRS for daring to be conservative believes that if there ever was an organization that should be investigated and audited by the IRS it’s the Clinton Foundation. The Clintons possess a talent for making incriminating documents disappear and Americans are warned to not hold their breath waiting for the IRS or the Justice Department investigate the Clintons and their arguably corrupt foundation.

However, the Clintons’ home state of Arkansas has a young attorney general who does possesses the authority to launch a criminal investigation because the foundation claims the state of Arkansas as its headquarters. Attorney General Leslie Rutledge will likely be trashed by the Clinton machine — including their cohorts posing as journalists for top news outlets — as a charter member of the same vast right wing conspiracy that Bill faced in the 1990’s. It is predicted that the legacy media and liberal bloggers, who are funded by big-money leftists, either delve into Rutledge’s dirty laundry or just create lies in order to discredit her.

During the majority of the Sunday network news shows, when the discussion focused on the allegations of improper, unethical or suspected criminal activities associated with former President Bill Clinton and his wife, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, whenever their so-called charity organization, the Clinton Foundation, was mentioned, even their detractors echoed, “It’s done some very good work.” However, as a charity organization, it appears to have been run poorly since only $0.15 out of every $1.00 was actually used in anything that can be described as charity work, according to a number of watchdog groups.

On Sunday, one of the top U.S. charity watchdog groups reported that it had placed the enormously wealthy Clinton Foundation on its watch list of non-profits not operating on the “up-and-up.” Charity Navigator reported that while the Clintons’ organization took in upwards of $140 million in donations from individuals and groups, only about $9 million was paid out in direct aid. More than $130 million went to so-called “administrative and other expenses.”

The watchdog, based on available information, could not determine the amount of money from the foundation that was transferred to Bill and Hillary Clinton or to the barrage of Clintonistas flooding the media as they did in the 1990’s for a President they defended. More than a few experts on criminal organization analysis believe that a federal court’s subpoena is necessary to examine the Clinton Foundation’s financial records, payroll, emails and other documents.

The Clinton Foundation’s the administrative costs exceedingly high, when experts believe that 25 percent is considered acceptable for legitimate charitable organizations to spend on overhead. Most of the money in the Clinton Foundation’s coffers were spent of salaries and worker benefits, bonuses, travel and “payments to family friends.”

When Hillary Clinton underwent an anticipated confirmation grilling for confirmation as Secretary of State, the lawmakers rolled over and played dead for her. They voted to confirm her with 16-1 vote. The only committee member to vote “nay” was the conservative Sen. David Vitter, R-Louisiana.

While Clinton hacks such as Lanny Davis say otherwise, Hillary and her Clinton Foundation didn’t say one word about ceasing their acceptance of donations from foreign governments while Hillary Clinton was in charge of the State Department from which these same governments sought favors. With a reputation for straying from the truth on more than once, such fundraising should have set off alarm bells even before the Senate confirmed Hillary Clinton.

When Republican — and even a few Democratic — senators tried to get her to agree in 2009 to limit the foundation’s international fundraising, she out-and-out refused. Her refusal didn’t garner as much attention as her statement during the Benghazi massacre hearing in which she angrily shouted, “What difference does it make?”

“The senators who confirmed Hillary Clinton to the position of Secretary of State failed the American people since they knew what the Clintons are capable of doing when it comes to skirting the law. The federal prisons are full of people who have done what the Clintons routinely do with the blessings of a fawning news media. There are some in prison who have done less than the Clintons,” said former police investigator and organized crime control analyst Richard P. O’Hara.

“Imagine you’re a businessman and the IRS investigators come to your office and demand to see your financial records. You tell them that they were all erased and the computer server was completely cleaned. Do you believe the IRS will merely turn around and forget their investigation? Or will you be handcuffed and ‘duck walked’ out of your office building?” quipped O’Hara.

In the midst of the media feeding frenzy regard Hillary Clinton’s lapses in judgement, the Clinton Foundation released a press statement announcing Bill and Chelsea will be traveling to Africa on a tour to oversee their charity’s programs for women’s rights, climate change and other issues important to people who are starving or fleeing from Islamic terrorists. They plan to be away for more than a week starting on April 29.

  1. “The Clintons possess a talent for making incriminating documents disappear and Americans are warned to not hold their breath waiting for the IRS or the Justice Department investigate the Clintons and their arguably corrupt foundation.”

But their true talent is making people disappear.

    Or ending up dead.
