Judge Nap: It Appears FBI Was Told to Exonerate Hillary ‘at All Costs’

Fox News

FBI documents related to the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server show an employee at Platte River Networks, the company that managed the server, refer to the “Hillary cover-up.”

That unnamed employee apparently satisfied FBI agents with the explanation that his 2014 email reference to the “cover-up” was merely a joke.

Judge Andrew Napolitano said on “America’s Newsroom” today that he – like many Americans – is not satisfied with the FBI’s investigation.

Judge Napolitano explained that the agency still has not revealed when Clinton’s server was cleared with BleachBit and when her mobile devices were destroyed with a hammer, but the evidence suggests that both of these actions were taken after a congressional subpoena was issued.

“Why the FBI would look the other way in the face of destruction of evidence and obstruction of justice is very telling,” Judge Napolitano said. “It tells me, and those of us that watch these things, that somewhere from above – the White House – they were told, ‘Exonerate her at all costs, no matter what you see, because she’s got to be available to run against Donald Trump.'”

He said that many Americans have been prosecuted in similar situations – for crimes including espionage, perjury and destruction of evidence and obstruction of justice – and that’s a fact Donald Trump should bring up at the first presidential debate tonight.

“If Donald Trump is smart tonight, he will not accept her statement that the FBI cleared her,” Judge Napolitano said. “The evidence that the FBI has revealed … has been so damning. It is far more damning that what we knew about the case beforehand.”

“I expect that he’ll make a big deal about that, and that should resonate well with the people watching the debate.”

  1. Whew! I am so glad that we have judge Jewb!tch to explain to everybody the things we already knew. Never would have figured it out without him.
Pssssst. Hey Judge Jewb!tch, the White House doesn’t decide who is selected to be President.
He sounds like he’s trumpeting the virtues of Trump like a good little Trumpeteer.
I didn’t watch the video. I clicked it on and an add came up saying:
“There are two million people who don’t have access to banking….” and I immediately clicked it off.
If there are two million people who don’t have access to banking, well then, good for them.

  2. I just watched that bitch smiling away saying “one down, two to go.” (I got away with it, he doesn’t want to hurt me!) ” I’m Hillary Clinton, kneel down before me peon!”

I’m even less impressed with the “limped dick” Donald as he gave Hillary a pass many times when he could have ripped her a new one.

How many “Get out of Jail free” cards is “The Donald” going to allow this F’N bitch? She should be wearing an orange suit standing behind bars,
instead, she’s tea toddling at bars on her way to the White House.

Judge Napolitano, what a joke. You think he’s going to save the republic?
You think the FBI will do anything? Nope, not gonna happen. You see, we have this “Shadow government” that no one elects, they just dictate. They control our government, media, and, most importantly, our Treasury, which has been robbed blind by these criminals.

Voting is a farce, you have no voice. Our constitution has been null and void for quite some time now, meanwhile, criminals run amok occupying the highest seats in the government.

It’s like the whole goddamned place needs to be burnt to the ground with the rats locked inside. Then we can dispose of the rubbish and start anew.
    Our current contraption is unfixable.

As if that weren’t obvious enough.
