Judge Napolitano: ‘If Congress Keeps Ceding Power to the President, He Will Become a King’

Published on Jan 4, 2013 by Eduardo89rp

A new Obama administration rule, done without the approval of Congress, will make it easier for many illegal immigrants to stay in the U.S. or apply for permanent residency.

The new rule from the Department of Homeland Security would allow a person without U.S. citizenship to stay in the country while applying for a legal visa if they can show that separating from an American spouse, child or other family member during the application process would cause “extreme hardship.”

Some critics are calling this, effectively, a form of amnesty. Judge Napolitano explained that his larger gripe is that Congress has continually “deferred” to the executive branch in the lawmaking process, with immigration being a prime example of an issue where legislators have failed to act.

Napolitano explained that Congressional Democrats are willing to let the president have control over something like this because he’s “with them” on so many other issues.

“Ya know what, too many of these ‘gimmes’ and the president becomes a prince, or a king, and not a president,” said Napolitano, who explained that Obama can currently make decisions on immigration issues by choosing which laws to enforce or not enforce.

A King would be one thing he could be called, thats for sure but not much further down the road, a Communist Proxy Dictator, following or being the director of the new UN.

Definition of Dictatorship from this Link:
    http://www.albatrus.org/english/goverment/govenrment/government%20structures.htm
“Dictatorship: Generic term used to describe any government controlled by a single individual and giving the people little or no individual freedom. Typically a person who rules by threat of force. People who are loyal to a dictatorship swear allegiance to the person first and the country second. Fascism, Theocracies, Monarchies and Communism can all be dictatorships. A Republic cannot be a dictatorship.”

Concurrent with transformation to Dictatorship is the form of government, likely chosen already. I would suggest True Communism, as the game is already passing through phony Socialism with what is looks like the rapid build up and coming deployment of the mechanisms of change. He said in 2009 that the country was going to change.

Thats the way I see it.

Shit! Off with his f#@king head.

I find it interesting how ideas have changed. In most ways, I agree with Judge Napolitano, in that our president is taking too much power. Anyone who follows the political gimmying back and forth, knows how pork is added, as a matter of course, to any bill you care to name.

The business about immigration, though is a little hot, no matter which side of the fence you’re standing when you look at it. We are all immigrants to this country. I remember when my father talked about becoming a US citizen, back in the early 1950s, he said he didn’t want to, because it would be too easy, and he always felt strongly about maintaining strong ties with his own country, Ecuador.

It used to be that marrying a US citizen offered nearly carte blanche US citizenship. Of course, we the people are up in arms over the immigration situation, now that decently paying jobs have left in droves, never to return. Such jobs have become merely a memory, and to make the situation worse, a certain number of immigrants are given better treatment by our government than the rest of us are, who have lived and worked here all our lives.

I think Judge Napolitano lost some weight. He looks skinnier than usual.

Judge, in ALL seriousness, Obama behaves as if he had been made a lobotomy subject. he makes statements of policy, which all have been negated by any one of his zionist handlers. See ther Youtube video,’This is Your Life, Francis Farmer’, and see how Ms. Farmer was lobotomized on orders of her greedy mother because Francis wanted to quit acting. A flatline neutral mood is expressed throughout the 1/2 hour interview. Obama is like this. Totally rehearsed emotional displays ONLY. The same chicken shack suave and debonaire Obama at every speech. Congress must kiss the Rothschild’s ass to get any favorable CFRtv or Associated Press coverage. That is the problem. The SCOTUS gave them permission to lie as news.

Well then lets show King Hussein what our forefathers did to royalists and their sympathizers

You are either with us or you are with the government terrorists. We are not paranoid, at all, these bastards are out to take everything we have and have had their way with us, for far too long. This is a war and the stakes are nothing less than the survival of our Republic.
