Let’s face it; Can you really afford to own a house or a car? It’s becoming something only the rich can afford

Owning items is becoming something of a luxury these days, especially for the younger population. While the parents of the younger crowd out there are sitting pretty in their hard fought paid for homes, the younger crowd are being shut out. Mainly because they just can’t afford the debt burden. This goes for cars as well. The younger crowd just can’t swing the debt as easily as their parents could. It’s becoming a luxury to do so. The few that are lucky enough to do so are either getting big time help from their parents, or they have hit the lottery.

Many adults can no longer afford their homes as well as a car. Just too damn expensive. If they are buying, they are mainly rich overseas investors looking to take what we once had. Many are snatching up all of America’s homes in the wealthier neighborhoods.

Even if younger Americans have well paying jobs they’re not buying. The American dream has been dealt a lousy hand as all of the Bankster cheating and BS has hit our landscape. Because of all of the exposed fraud that American banks have been involved in, causing our economy to crater, homes and cars are taking a back seat.

After all, when you have small business closing their doors at a monumental pace you have to ask yourself, how are you supposed to pay for these items? We have been fed a bunch of Gobble de Gook about how well our economy is picking up and how the housing starts are rising at a record pace.

I tend to differ.

American business closures so far this year: Only 26 days worth…..Not good

Do not believe the BS you are hearing on the idiot boxes people. Obviously, as proved above, owning a home or car is becoming impossible.

  4. Glorious Socialist Utopia says:

Comrades this is the fundamental transformation where everyone suffers equally in the rainbow utopia. The hive mind has spoken and wants the glorious collective. Your house you payed for is too big we must redistribute some rooms for the good of everyone. Forward!

  5. Large Scale Aggressor says:

If the American People ever allow private banks to control the issue of their money, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around (the banks), will deprive the people of their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered . . .

  6. Mick says:

Imagine if all the “Bail out” money went to “the people” instead of to those that caused the problem in the first place ! Currently the Fed is printing $85 BILLION a month and giving it to their friends ! And they said if that doesn’t fix things they are willing to double it ! $85 Billion a month is $285 for every man, women and child in the country per month ! Say $1140 a month for a family of 4 …”And they said if that doesn’t fix things they are willing to double it !”
    Would that help you ?

    • diggerdan says:

Damned right it would help a little bit but money is stil just token bits of exchange to buy off somebody. We should all get back to the barter system to keep us all honest.

      • # 1 NWO Hatr says:

Sorry, digger, but he meant that in a sarcastic, facetious way.

What he is saying is that if they printed twice as much money, they would STILL be giving it all to their bankster buddies, so how would THAT help you.

        • diggerdan says:

Aw man #1 that wouldn`t help me a damned bit – especially when I believe in the bartering system as much as possible. I was always told that I should loosen up and quit takeing things so damned literaly. Yea #1 I am one of those that is overly serious without hardly any sence of humor. And that has always been my downfall ya know….. P.S. Anyway #1 thanks for letting me be aware of that, Ya know I don`t look at things that way and sometimes people – like yourself #1 has to let me know, if you know what I mean .

          • # 1 NWO Hatr says:

With all that I know about the world today, digger, if I didn’t have my sense of humor to keep things in perspective, I’d be a raving lunatic by now. LOL

(not that I don’t occasionally sound like one in some of my comments) 🙂

  7. Rosalie says:

Ten years ago I gave up my car and have not regretted it one blinkin’ iota. I think of all the money I used to spend on that thing. Walking and transit are the way to go. And I do not own a house anymore either. Oh, and I am enjoying my retirement. So wake up; if you can get around without a vehicle, good luck to you.

  8. No Compromise says:

Even though I don’t have a mortgage, I don’t own my house. I know who the real “owner” is every time I get a property tax bill.

  9. u says:

no comp you are right I have no mortgage and pay 700 a month in property taxes. they are the worst tax there could be and whoever thought of it should be hung
