So, the coronor calls it Murder but this illustrious civil servant basically is saying he gets to ignore that and not charge the 3 men (cops) if he so chooses. We are lost America.

I used to work with handicapted people – mongloids and downs syndrome type people and they were all realy mellow – probobly `cause of all the drugs that they were on – not a mean/violent bone in their body, but they all were prety strong. Yea James, I think you`re right sayin` that he was dead before they took the cuffs off. They murdered that guy.

Then, his body was transported to the hospital where he was already a DOA statistic. All in a day’s work.
Next comes the political ‘clean-up’ crew to justify the ‘deputies’ position in a way that gives the illusion of ‘professionalism. Interestingly, when a screw-up happens and there is even a slight possibility that citizens will catch on to a possible criminal act by those who are ‘to protect and serve’ (sic), the department involved will always try to place a pretty, (usually, white-faced) representative in front of the media (propaganda) camera. Then, on que, an ‘investigation’ is called for, but rarely goes beyong strong-worded accusations of banter and rhetoric.
And now, yet another citizen in America, is exterminated by policies unknown to general populations. Gulag Archepeligo is alive and well, in America.

If this was ruled a homicide then why are the only possible homicide suspects allowed to play cop. Obviously this is just another routine day playin` cop for them pigs.
