I have had this nightmare in the gut pain, and it happens often being I’m eating virtually all over the country. Best cure I have found is an oatmeal diet for a couple of days. The pain is unbelievable. Also a good dose of milk of magnesia is good for a good flush out. Do that first then the oatmeal. Be careful you don’t get dehydrated.
