Reader: Disinfo Tag Team, Presscore.ca & EU Times, Are Behind Bogus Navy Yard Shooting/Obama Arrest Story

I received an e-mail on September 25, 2013 with the Subject line of “Attempted Arrest of President Obama Linked to Navy Ship Yard Shooting.” It began with a statement which read:

“The following information below has been brought to my attention. I feel it is very important that you should become aware of all of it, and you with your common sense and general knowledge, should be able to determine that which is most probable, probable, or least probable. And as to being factual, I doubt if anyone can determine the exact facts of any situation. But I personally am led to believe that there a great deal of truth in what I am presenting to you. I would appreciate very much if you would share this information with as many people as possible. Thank you!

Without a reference link posted above the statement, I had assumed that the person who sent me the e-mail was Dr. James P. Wickstrom, but after doing a little digging, I came to realize that Dr James P. Wickstrom had posted this statement and the Navy Ship Yard article on his blog at http://doctorjamespwickstrom.blogspot.com/.

This info is deeply disturbing, as it should be. While most of the facts as suggested here, seem to fit, I think we must be very careful at this point in time about saying this was actually the case. ~J

The last few days have been historic from a political news junkie’s point of view, and I can tell you this is not going away regardless of whose head rolls. My dear friend, Marilyn Barnewall and I have been emailing back and forth every since I stumbled on to the first posting of this scenario trying to determine if it was factual or made up. She found out that the original author was a scumbag unemployed moocher on his eighty something Mother, and a liar on his website’s readership volume.

Our first conclusion was this is all a fabricated lie, but it has refused to go away and instead is gaining momentum. The absolute proof of both of these claims is yet to surface, and as much as I detest this scumbag in the White House, for the sake of America I hope it proves untrue, but for now I consider it something he would gladly do to totally destroy America.

Since yesterday, the presscore.ca was taken down.”

The Navy Yard/Arrest Obama story originates with a Canadian web site, www.presscore.ca, ‘financed’ and edited by Paul W. Kincaid, titled “Washington DC Navy Yard shooting linked to CID investigation and attempted arrest of Obama for treason.” It was posted on September 19, 2013

I had received e-mails from other people in the the past few days on the same article with some of the links given above. The article has been re-posted as a legit story to a number of anti NWO web sites, patriot type blogs, and some internet radio shows, but there’s a little problem: It’s 100% BOGUS.

The other web site used as a reference source within the presscore.ca article is The EU Times (www.eutimes.net), which has a long-standing reputation for disinformation and total BS, apparently allied with, or a secondary outlet to the counter intelligence BS served up by David Booth, the CIA operative who is behind the “Sorcha Faal and Her Russian Subscribers” nonsense posted at http://www.whatdoesitallmean.com. I’ve posted many articles over the years debunking David Booth and the Sorcha Faal hoax (see 2005. 2006, 2008, and 2011)

I’m astounded that so many people would re-publish the Navy Yard/Arrest Obama story without first checking it out to see if it holds water, since nothing in this Hollywood action-thriller fantasy holds up to even cursory scrutiny. Once you start looking at the “sources” and follow the links provided, you quickly realize that there ARE NO REAL facts to support any of the sensational claims made in this BS story. For starters, there are NO NAMES provided in the article for any of the supposed participants in the supposed Navy “investigation” of Obama’s attempt to detonate a nuclear bomb in Washington DC and the “attempted arrest” of Obama by the UNNAMED “Joint Chief of Staff” and UNNAMED members of the Navy CID (criminal investigation division) and the UNNAMED “provost marshals” and military police who were supposedly killed at the Navy ship yard building in Washington DC on September 16, 2013. The alleged reason for ‘investigating’ and attempting to ‘arrest’ Obama is a based on another hoaxed story which also originated with Paul Kincaid at presscore.ca:

Note that the above “9/11 anniversary false flag” purported nuke to be exploded in Washington DC was suppose to have taken place on September 30, 2012, and not 2013, as Paul Kincaid’s Navy Yard/Arrest Obama script would seem to suggest.

Let’s examine the statements made in the very first paragraph of the Navy Yard/Arrest Obama article:

“U.S. military police were targeted and killed by Obama in the Washington DC Navy Yard shooting.”

Really? How does Paul Kincaid know that? What verifiable proof does he possess that anyone was actually killed in that Navy building on September 16, 2013? There are no names and no dead bodies seen by the public. How do we know with certainty that it’s not another faked, staged shooting like Sandy Hook, or the Aurora theater shooting, or the Boston Marathon Bombing hoax, or the Santa Monica college faked shooting?

The next line reads :

“Agents from the U.S. military’s criminal investigation units had uncovered a plot to detonate a nuclear device in the heart of the nation’s capitol as part of an Obama government false flag. Officials from NCIS (United States Naval Criminal Investigative Service) and the U.S. Office of the Provost (both with field offices inside the Washington DC Navy Yard) had threatened to arrest Obama for planning to attacked Syria without Congressional approval following a planned nuclear detonation false flag in Washington DC. “

Wait a minute. Kincaid references an article which he wrote and posted to his web site on August 18, 2012 (link posted above), which describes an alleged plot to detonate a nuke in Washington DC on September 30, 2012. However, in the very next sentence, he says that Obama was threatened to be arrested for planning to attack Syria without congressional approval and the “planned nuclear detonation false flag in Washington DC.” that he says didn’t happen in September of 2012.

Then a little further down he says:

“Obama’s 9/11 anniversary false flag was thwarted when the Joint Chief of Staff and the Provost Marshals from the Washington DC Navy Yard confronted Obama and threatened to arrest him for treason for planning to detonate one or more nukes in the nation’s capitol – Washington DC.”

and a little further,

“Joint Chiefs of Staff members, Provost Marshals and NCIS agents were targeted and killed for threatening to arrest Obama for treason“”

Notice that Kincaid doesn’t actually tell you the name of the “Joint Chief of Staff” or the names of the Provost Marshals who had supposedly just “confronted” and “threatened to arrest” Obama for treason. Of course, people who still possess a brain know that there is no “Joint Chief of Staff.” There is only a group of seven military men who are collectively called the “Joint Chiefs of Staff.” The top guy is called the “Chairman” of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and his name is General Martin E. Dempsey, United States Army. General Dempsey was first nominated by Barack Obama to be the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs in 2011 for a two year term, and then re-nominated by Barack Obama in 2013 and approved by the Senate just last month on August 1, 2013. This is the guy that Kincaid would have you believe had just “confronted” and “threatened to arrest” Obama.

I could go on and on and debunk every single paragraph of this moronic fantasy written by a shameless prevaricator who has no compunction about making the most outrageous claims and then declaring that his web site is a bastion of “truth” and “FACTS,” but the motivated reader can do that for himself by simply following the quoted sources and links to see that they either dead end or they do not support or include the information that Kincaid or The EU Times claim they include such as the non-existent “Report” from the “Ministry of the Russian Federation for Affairs for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters– or internationally as EMERCOM of Russia” which is nowhere to be found on their web sites that supposedly alludes to Obama asking for 15,000 Russian troops, etc.

I checked Kincaid’s Alexa.com ranking ( http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/presscore.ca#trafficstats) and did a WhoIs search on his web site. Based on his traffic statistics, I don’t see the evidence for even 4 million visitors to his web site, let alone 40 million! The presscore.ca web site was created on January 10, 2008. His current Alexa Global ranking is 442,062 and his US ranking is 49,258

Here is Paul Kincaid’s presscore.ca traffic chart from the end of 2011 until September of 2013. You will notice that there are no lines on the graph until you get to the very end of the chart which is registering a thin blue vertical line that goes up to the 50,000 mark which could only be a reflection of the Internet traffic generated by the September 19, 2013 Navy Yard/Obama Arrest article being debunked here. It requires a minimum ceiling of 100,000 in ranking in order to even register on the chart.

By comparison, educate-yourself.org currently has an Alexa Global ranking of 68,014 and a US ranking of 23,056. My domain has been registered on the net since 1998 (although I actually started the web site in 1996 under someone else’s server umbrella before I registered my own domain name in 1998). Here’s my current Alexa traffic chart.

I usually average 3 – 4 million hits per month, but it shot up to 6.5 million hits in April 2013 due to the articles on the Boston Marathon Bombing hoax. The actual number of ‘unique’ visitors to your web site is about 1/10 of the “hits,” so 3 million hits may equate to roughly 300,000 actual visitors in a single month. At that rate, it would take me 3.5 months to add up to 1 million visitors, and that equates to roughly 3.5 million visitors per year. Therefore, it would take me ten years to honestly claim that I had 35 million visitors. How can Paul Kincaid, who started the web site in 2008. with an absolute zilch record in Internet traffic, claim that he has 40 million visitors?

The EU Times (www.eutimes.net)

The European Union Times “newspaper,” created in October of 2009, is a greater fraud and disinfo operation than Kincaid’s presscore.ca web site, yet The EU Times gets much more traffic and has a much higher Alexa ranking than Kincaid. That tells me that the more outrageous and the more outlandish the lies, the more unthinking people will flock to that web site and swallow these sensational, Hollywood scripts hook, line and sinker. The EU Times has a current Alexa Global ranking of 38,485, and a US ranking of 18,831. Their current traffic rating chart shows dramatic spikes in readership whenever the EU Times post yet another one of their The-Sky-Is-Falling, We-Are-All-Doomed, The-Bottom-Is-Falling-Out breathless horse operas that seems to pack in the suckers time and again without abatement. Perhaps this is the reason Paul Kincaid has aligned with The EU Times so that he too can obtain the big rating spikes by shoveling even higher piles of sensational horse manure and make more money with advertisement.

While The EU Times receives its highest percentage of sucker traffic from the USA, it also has a lot of duped readers from England, India, Canada, and Pakistan. I’m hoping that more articles like this one will alter these traffic statistics downward.

I posted an article on May 20, 2012 that referred to just one of the many ridiculous and outrageous fabrications posted at The EU Times. This one was titled,

Without even reading the article, I think you can see from the title alone just how over the top this web site can be. Of course, the supposed purpose behind the non-existent 40 million Japanese-to-be-evacuated plan is due to the non-existent Fukushima “radiation crisis” which I have tried to show in a dozen or more articles since the Japan attack on March 11, 2011 does not, and never did exist. By the way, the current background radiation readings in Tokyo (September 2013), which is located just 124 miles from the Daiichi Nuclear Power Station in Fukushima prefecture, is now hovering at the SAME background radiation levels that existed in Tokyo before the Japan attack on 3/11.

The unknown, unidentified person posting fictional stories at The European Union Times wants people to believe that his counter intelligence mojo is some sort of big deal, legitimate newspaper operation supposedly presenting international “news.”

Without missing a beat, the page continues to rattle on about the qualifications required, the great job opportunity being offered, the tremendous boost to your reputation, career, and resume with the prestige acquired by working for The EU Times. However, the final sentence on the Career page really sums up the most important requirement of all:

The EU Times was created on October 26, 2009. Don Nicoloff and I looked into the “European” origins of the web site in early 2010, just a few months after the BS spigot was turned on, and found the person posting the information was located in a ordinary looking, modest ranch style house in Florida which we were able to view using Google Earth. I later found out The EU Times is registered to Jessica Nachtman of Florida, although a Whois search only shows a proxy company registered in Panama. More info on Jessica Nachtman is found here:

The online news site European Union Times (EUT) — which recently “broke” a story about President Obama preparing for an imminent civil war — is being cited as a credible source by several libertarian bloggers who are hyping the story. It turns out the EUT was created in October [2009] and is registered to the wife of a racist skinhead gang member who was involved in a bizarre stabbing incident last month. The story began on Dec. 9 when the EUT reported that Obama has ordered 200,000 troops to be redeployed to the U.S. Northern Command in preparation for a civil war within the United States before the end of winter.

Since then, it has been cited by blogger Michael Gaddy on LewRockwell.com and by former Constitution Party presidential candidate Chuck Baldwin on his own website. Gaddy, a regular on the racist “Political Cesspool” radio program, wrote that the EUT story shows a financial collapse or a confiscation of firearms may be imminent. Baldwin said the supposedly ominous events described in the EUT story explain the construction of detention camps to hold U.S. citizens, even though there is no evidence that camps exist.

The European Union Times isn’t exactly a venerable news source akin to, say, The Associated Press. It is registered to Jessica Nachtman, wife of Christopher Nachtman. [Editor’s note: After the initial posting of this blog item, Jessica Nachtman wrote Hatewatch to say that she merely provides Web hosting for “a European who lives abroad,” who she declined to identify further. She said she does not publish or modify any of the site’s content.] Christopher Nachtman is a former member of the neo-Nazi group National Alliance who more recently has been active in Volksfront, a racist skinhead group.

– In all of the the information that is being put forward on Syria, there is some that is false.“Putin Orders Massive Strike Against Saudi Arabia If West Attacks Syria” is the headline. The website where it originated: the EU times, one of the projects of Sorcha Faal, a notorious disinformation man/group/algorithm. Officials from NCIS (United States Naval Criminal Investigative Service) and the U.S. Office of the Provost (both with field offices inside the Washington DC Navy Yard) had threatened to arrest Obama for planning to attacked Syria without Congressional approval following a planned nuclear detonation false flag in Washington DC. The Office of theProvost is on the second floor of Building 34, One First Avenue, Charlestown Navy Yard and NCIS is located at 716 SICARD STREET SE, SUITE 2000, WASHINGTON NAVY YARD, DC.

The United States Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) is the primary law enforcement agency of the United States Department of the Navy. It investigates activities concerning crimes against or by United States Navy and United States Marine Corps personnel, along with national security, counter-intelligence, andcounter-terrorism cases. A false flag is the crime of treason – levying war against the United States. If United States Navy or United States Marine Corps personnel are involved in planning for and preparing a false flag event in Washington DC or anywhere else in the United States, NCIS and its agents are duty bound to investigate and take action to counter those terrorist acts against the United States.

Prior to the Washington DC Navy Yard shooting the Joint Chief of Staff and Provost Marshals were planning and preparing to arrest Obama for treason. For levying war against the United States with a planned false flag in Washington DC on the anniversary of 9/11 – a nuclear detonation.

In the United States the Office of the Provost has the authority to arrest the President if he or she violates the terms of his/her employment, or commits an act that is detrimental to the United States. He/she can be held liable, arrested, imprisoned etc., depending on the depth of the violation, by the Provost Marshal.

If it has been determined that the president of the United States has committed treason in a manner unmistakable to all, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff convenes a covert meeting (in this case the Washington DC Navy Yard) to get a vote of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The Provost Marshall General of the Army and/or Marines will usually be in attendance. Remember that a military officer takes an oath of office to do one thing and one thing only – “……. to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against ALL enemies, foreign OR DOMESTIC.” They must determine above a reasonable doubt that the enemy domestic is the treasonous president before they can attempt to arrest him or her.

Once the Joint Chiefs of Staff have determined beyond a reasonable doubt that the president has committed treason a convoy of 10 to 12 HIGH ranking officers (13 killed at the Navy Yard) depart the Pentagon, accompanied by a large contingency of Military Police (Provost Marshals, NCIS agents) and all necessary armament and provisions to enter the grounds of the White House, by FORCE if necessary, and proceed to the location of the president and put him under arrest. Then, The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff would advise the Speaker of The House, The President of the Senate, The Attorney General and the Secretary of State of their actions. Obama’s response to the threat of arrest was a coordinated assault against NCIS agents who uncovered the false flag plot against the United States and Provost Marshals who threatened to arrest Obama at the Washington DC Navy Yard.

Have you wondered why not all of the names and the rank of those who were killed in the assault have been released? The White House (Obama) ordered their names and rank classified as it would raise alarm bells in Washington DC should the public know Joint Chiefs of Staff members, Provost Marshals and NCIS agents were targeted and killed for threatening to arrest Obama for treason. The White House is claiming that the names of those killed are being withheld pending next of kin notification.

On September 28, 2009 the History Channel released a movie titled “Day After Disaster“. The entire movie is about Washington DC being the target and victim of a nuclear detonation. The movie also features Obama talking about nuclear detonations in the U.S. Movie 0.50 time stamp – “One terrorist, one nuclear weapon could unleash massive destruction” ~ Obama says. Last year PRESS Core wrote an article titled “COG planning for and preparing Washington DC nuclear detonation fal…” after receiving information that September 30, 2012 was the day “Day after Disaster” was to executed in real-time. Obama’s planned false flag attack for September 30, 2012 was averted after the public was made aware of the false flag beginning August 18th, 2012.

The EU Times reported June 27, 2013 – “Obama Requests 15,000 Russian Troops For “Upcoming” Disaster“ In that story it claims Obama “has requested at least 15,000 Russian troops trained in disaster relief and “crowd functions” [i.e. riot control] be pre-positioned to respond to FEMA Region III during an unspecified “upcoming” disaster. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region III includes Delaware,Washington, D.C (formally the District of Columbia) , Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia areas.

According to this report, this unprecedented request was made directly to Minister Vladimir Puchkov by US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Director Janet Napolitano (now retired) who said these Russian troops would work “directly and jointly” with her Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), part of whose mission is to secure the continuity of the US government in the event of natural disasters or war.

Former Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano ABC News Aug 27, 2013: “A massive and “serious” cyber attack on the U.S. homeland is coming, and a natural disaster — the likes of which the nation has never seen — is also likely on its way.“

The only way anyone could know that there is “a natural disaster — the likes of which the nation has never seen — is also likely on its way” is if you are the one planning and preparing it.

“You also will have to prepare for the increasing likelihood of more weather-related events of a more severe nature as a result of climate change, and continue to build the capacity to respond to potential disasters in far-flung regions of the country occurring at the same time.

“You will need a large bottle of Advil,” Napolitano joked.

Napolitano is hinting at what the United States government (Obama) is planning and preparing for using its weather modifying weapon of mass destruction called HAARP.
