Refuse Submission To Unrighteous, Illegal Law

Published on May 2, 2013 by roypotterqa

Obama calls an athlete and congratulates him coming out and declaring his sexual preference while Obama’s DOD issues an edict to Christians that to discuss their religion will subject them to courts martial!!! The First Amendment states that Congress shall make NO law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, and that protection should certainly apply to US Military members!! That “respecting” means any law enacted regarding a particular religion (for or against).

  1. WTH says:

“Obama calls an athlete and congratulates him coming out and declaring his sexual preference…” That’s probably because Obama wishes he could do the same… yeah, it’s common knowledge and if you didn’t know, it is easily verifiable… look it up.

Military member’s aren’t protected under constitutional law. When one joins the service, they do so by entering into a contractual agreement with the federal government. Contractual obligation supersedes ALL of one’s constitutional rights unless there is a provisions to protect said rights in the contract signed. So the military members of this country only have the rights in which their contract with federal government has agreed protect and recognize for their time in service. Contract law is the highest law of the land pretty much. That is why you should fully understand what you are agreeing to when you sign any contract, especially if it is with the federal government!
