70% of violent crime is commited by people with a prior criminal record. Well don`t forget that most people with a prior criminal record are non violent drug offenders that have got a criminal because of smal amounts of drugs. He should have maybe said that their are many violent laws that are commited by the damned cops and the f`n cops never get charged. Remember that if you got money that a guy can buy off the court system and get out of any crime they want. That is a damned joke when he says that 70% stuff. If people are serious about gun violence they should maybe start with the dirty, corrupt cops and politions and lock them up instead of always blaming the guy that is easy to blame.
