Policy Mic Thursday is the big night. Full civic religion mode engaged!
President Barack Obama will be taking the stage to deliver hypnotic campaign rhetoric filled with economic ignorance to the DNC delegates and left-wing fascist sympathizers who advocate things like banning corporate profits.
Previously, I have written several PolicyMic articles concering the Liberty Movement and the Ron Paul campaign. You can find my coverage of the Stalin-esque RNC convention here.
To me, there is no substantial difference between President Obama and Mitt ‘Change the Rules!’ Romney. Goldman Sachs (D) vs. Goldman Sachs (R).
Ron Paul could have saved the Republic if elected as President by a) Bringing the troops home; b) Transitioning away from the doomed welfare state while protecting those who are dependent; or c) Legalizing freedom … but it looks like we’ll have to do things the hard way.
Four more years of Obama? Or potentially eight years of Romney? Pick your poison and enjoy the show.
For a full schedule of Thursday’s speakers, see here. President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden will be addressing the Democratic convention, for their nomination acceptance speeches. Another big names to appear will be Senator John Kerry. I’ll be following all of the speeches live from a libertarian perspective, explaining the whole time why Ron Paul would have made for a better leader than any of the speakers you’re going to hear on Thursday.

good stuff … good work
Elect one of these instead.

When you are watching , keep a count on how many times you here the words freedom and liberty . Odds are you will be able to one hand .
WHAT P. Petkov. I don`t know what to make of what you are saying. Are you saying to go with Romney or Obama instead? none of them have anything for me to agree with except Dr.Paul, and I wonder about him also. They all play the same game only in a different way I think, every one of them arrogent bastards. P.S I see you removed you comment P. Petkov!!! – what up with that?
My opinion is written just seconds after Mr. Obama made his rhetoric campaign speech. As always he is indeed a good orator capable of leaving those who listened to him speechlessly in awe. Though nothing has changed much for the good of the average Amerikan citizen since his first election except for the financial situation of the USA. I does not matter whether the Democrats or the Republican get elected, or even Ron Paul for comparison, should he had not been denied the opportunity. As long as Israel and the Neocons are leading Amerika and refuse to change it’s policy, while Amerkans citizens are willingly abiding to their every wish, then Amerika is doomed to go down the drain, and will go down hard, like other past empires as history had proven.
Amerikan citizens who love their country must do something before it is too late. It is up to you to decide your own fate.
You can agree with me or you may choose not to.
It does not matter to me.
obummer will “deliver hypnotic campaign rhetoric” … and
“As always he is indeed a good orator capable of leaving those who listened to him speechlessly in awe” [aen rabeon comment]
You’re both joking, right? The guy can read a teleprompter, so what?
Have you watched the videos of him talking when no teleprompter sits in front of his face? He can’t put two words or thoughts together.
A “good orator” is one who speaks from heart and mind on subjects about which he/she is passionate and learned (e.g., Ron Paul on liberty or any other subject he covers). obummer, like mittens, knows and cares so little about nothing. Neither could Ever be considered even a beginner orator. Can’t wait for the debates between the two – two lying idiots accusing each other of running dirty campaigns. This is the nadir that polytricks in the U.S. has stooped to? Two ignorant empty suits vying for preznit.
Write in Ron Paul !!!
Or Mickey Mouse or Goofy, don’t vote for either of these A$$holes.
Just a joke Arminius I can`t help it —— Why is Micky pissed at Minnie? ———– because she was f**kin` Goofy !!!!! One of my favorite jokes LOL
The wealthy choosing the warmomger thays taken a country to it’s a knees.Shouldn’t blame the wealthy alone thiers the sheeple who have supported demon-crates and stick to the belief government wont do anything to hurt us Better Wake up Soon
Sorry to inform you but writing in Ron Paul’s name will not work. Just ask yourself this… who is Ron paul voting for in the upcoming election?
Gary Johnson 2012 (the only (real) choice we have left)
Ron Paul doesn’t deserve a write-in vote. He bowed out of the race in 2004 for no apparent reason, and he didn’t do much or say much more this time around. Move on people. There’s nothing to see here, and he’s got nothing to say. He had delegates stolen and didn’t raise a stink about it? I’m starting to think the man was a sideshow. He didn’t fight the fight. Him running–him being ANYTHING is a dead issue. We best all move on. We’ve been had again.
I was raised in a democratic atmosphere, meaning my dad voted against Ike after WWII. I was too young to vote for JFK, and now, I don’t like what’s become of America. The presidential choices being what they are, I am going to “write in” Ron Paul. Will it make a difference? The country is not ready for a president named Mutt (where do they get these names)? Obama had four years in which to keep a campaign promise. “W” was a tyrannical little man who envisioned himself the savior of his family name. Bill was smart, and a fat lot of good that did him, too. Why are we going down hill? Perhaps there are too many career politicians. Perhaps they (the politicians) have forgotten who they work for. Perhaps there is a subtle reminder waiting.
IT IS OK TO STEAL VOTES THE REPUGS DO IT AS A MATTER OF COURSE! SO THIS TIME EVERYBODY CAN SELL AND STEAL VOTES!
“VOTE EARLY AND VOTE OFTEN!”
Ron Paul 2012!
Ron Paul f#@ked us. He offered himself as the subject needed to straighten things out and when he could not be successfully replaced, he bailed. Obama acts like someone else controls his mind, judging from the innumerable betrayals of platform and promises. Ron Paul only had to quit to do his damage. Security issues could have been solved.
