Sheriffs Who Killed Jack Yantis Call His Widow At Night and Tell HER That Their Cows Are Once Again In The Road

Liberty Fight

This is just incredible. In a horrifying development, the grieving widow of rancher Jack Yantis got an eerily identical call from Adams County Idaho Sheriffs Department a few nights ago, asking Donna Yantis to come out to the highway and help them with some cows who were in the road.

Donna’s experience was re-posted in The Justice for Jack group.

HANDS UP…DON’T SHOOT !! WHAT’S WRONG WITH THIS ???Donna Yantis

Every thing is ok on Fort Hall Hill, I did get a call from Adams Co. dispatch that there were cows on the road, I went down to the highway to check it out. Deputy was there with lights on. He had already chased some off the road, Separated a bull and cow from the group and they went down the road. I was a little scared to talk to him. I had my hands up all the time, I told him to leave the bull and cow alone and they would come back to where they were suppose to be. After he left, my neighbor helped me get them in. Thank-you all for your concern.

Audrey Bath – Oh my God! Donna, you had your hands up the whole time??? I am crushed that you had to go through this! Thank God it all turned out well and neighbors were there to support you.

Patrick Landers – DAMN IT THAT PISSES ME OFF. Donna, buy a Go Pro Camera that you can wear & if these murderers call you out of your house again make sure you get every step on camera.

Sharon Allen- Ketchum I agree with Patrick. Get a Go Pro! I don’t think I could have gone down to the highway alone! At least not without calling some back up to meet me there!

Debbie Mullikin – I’m angry about this incident and that Donna has to fear for her life just to walk down her driveway to tend to her calves. Justice for Jack needs resolved and those murderers and corrupt sheriff needed take care of.

Audrey Bath -Debbie: I take what you say very seriously, of course, but I have to say, I sure do like your style! The way you said it: right on! 😉

T.c. Williams – Yes, the Go Pro or any much cheaper dash cam video at all times when ANYBODY has to deal with Sheriff’s Dept., County officials etc. Never if it can be helped even if one has to wait a few more minutes untill someone can come but don’t be alone. I know of at least one guy who flew out the door to get there the second he got word & does not live far away off Mill Cr. road. I’ m sure ACSO was on best behavior but very scary situation none the less. The Lord above was with you.

Jim Smith – Donna, please remember that being just across the highway, I am just seconds away and can drop things at a moments notice and come help.

Diane Bennett – Agree with all of them about getting a Go Pro Camera God bless you. Hate you had to go through all of that.

Rowdy Paradis, Jack Yantis nephew who was there with Jack and Donna When deputies Brian Wood and Cody Roland killed Jack last November 1st, also weighed in:

Yesterday at 6:13pm.. Everything is alright at the ranch seems there were some animals on the highway everybody responded luckily in this situation the local sheriff’s office did not see fit to use standard operating procedure of murdering the owners of the animal or anyone else on the scene hopefully they have changed the standard operating procedure for good

Becca Barrow Ok! Sorry if I started the ball running on the drama. I was flipping out!!!

Rowdy Lee Paradis – No it’s fine that’s what got Jack killed murdered over a dead animal better to be safe than sorry remember the good sheriff said his buddies acted well within standard operating procedures and that it was ok to kill people so keep up the good watch so we know where they may strike again with standard operating procedures attack from behind and murder another local innocent person keep a watchful i

William Brady – Excuse my french, but holy shit. I cannot believe that Donna responded when Adams county once again called her about cows on the road. I think I’d tell them to fuck off!!!!!

Becca Barrow – Brave brave woman!!

Nearly seven months after Jack’s death, the Yantis family is still waiting for results from the Idaho Attorney General, to see if charges will be filed against the officers.

Here is a nice picture of Jack and Donna:

62-year-old Idaho rancher Jack Yantis was having a peaceful dinner with his family on Sunday, November 1st when the local Sheriff’s dispatcher called to tell him that one of his bulls had been hit by a car and needed to be put down. Soon after he went to assist as they had requested, Yantis was shot to death on a dark roadside in front of his wife and nephew.

Here is a recap of what the actual witnesses said about the murder:

Jack Yantis’ widow Donna, who’s 63-years-old, gave this account of the incident from her hospital bed. (She had a heart attack upon seeing the police murder her husband.)

“On Nov. 1 at approximately 7 p.m. Adams County Sheriff’s Department called and told us there was a bull that got hit and they wanted us on the scene and he was mad. So we went down to check it out. I took Jack his gun so he could put the bull out of its misery. When he walked up there and was gonna put him down the officer came up and jerked him back almost off his feet. I don’t know what they told him, but they just opened fire and shot him. And then they threatened me and my nephew, Rowdy Paradis, threw us on the middle of Highway 95, searched us and handcuffed us and wouldn’t let us go take care of Jack.”

Rowdy Paradis, Jack’s nephew who was also there to help Jack put the bull down, posted this on his Facebook page:

“Murdered in cold blood by trigger happy rookies gunned down at the end of his own driveway for trying to take care of his own livestock!!!!!! As their own dispatch had asked him to do I how they get the death penalty.”

Jack Yantis’ daughter Sarah stood with her husband and children on the spot where her father was, as she put it, “brutally gunned down and murdered by the Adams County deputies.”

“This is the exact spot where my dad Jack Yantis was brutally gunned down and murdered by the Adams County deputies. Though it has been washed twice, and it rained for a night and a day, his blood still remains here on the road. I believe this is where his blood is going to stay until he receives justice for the tragic and needless murder. My father did not receive any care, including medical care, prior to my arrival. And he was shot and left for dead like common roadkill. At the same time, the bull was left to suffer and bleed out inhumanely. When asked to put it down, they would not do it. While my father’s blood stains this pavement, the officers that murdered him are on paid leave. What has America come to? It’s no longer the land of the free and the home of the brave.”

  1. People think Idaho is better than other states as far as tyrant? They are wrong. Its everywhere in America in ever state county or town.

  2. She’s a much nicer person than I ever could be considering the cercumstances

I woulda told the pig to shove the dam cows up his a$$ and told him I won’t be there until every gun owner I know shows up ready to defend me from being MURDERED !
