Nice to think but it just ain’t so. I have recently come back from ‘stan and there are many people (usually E7 and above) who think that their vow was to the government NOT the constitution. I had to threaten Officers with arrest for crimes they were doing and send a report to the IG for other actions.

The lower ranks would feel “special” if they got a good word out of the higher ranks and so would not question what was going on around them because it might interfer with their career path or even put them in line for a dangerous assignment. Petty revenge and abuse of rank is the norm.

It was a MP Guard unit so most of them were cops in the civilian side and they would BRAG about stepping on people’s rights if the people disagreed with the cops point of view. I was derided for pointing out that if they would trash someone else’s rights for their own amusement then they would trash anyones’.

Digger, these are combat soldiers disturbed with the way things are going. They don’t like Obummer and they don’t like what they are currently training for.
In that regard I can only guess but, I would think training for urban assault and house to house sweeps in American style community mock-ups pretty well spells out the plan. Don’t you?

Anyone taking comfort in the belief that the rank and file, the average soldier or law enforcement would never follow orders to shoot American citizens….. Is wrong, 100% in error-
Look at history. After WWI many, many returning veterans were not provided the benefits they were promised for going off to war, they gathered in the capital to peacefully protest and demonstrate against being lied to by their government. They had tents, lean to’s, et cetera for shelter against the elements and to sleep in-
The President called in the military, which was led by a young man with the name Macarthur (sp)..
The order was given to fire on the crowd of veterans……. The order was carried out-
Also consider Waco and Ruby Ridge where women, children and other innocents were shot down by the government-

No, The government will paint any Patriot groups as ‘domestic terrorists’ and ‘extremists’ and the media will dutifully parrot and demonize these people. The order to shoot will be given, and it will be carried out-
