Americans, like Brits, have grown complacent allowing the government to assume the responsibilities of free and independent citizens.
Our natural rights include among them the right to defend ourselves. The 2nd Amendment was intended to limit the power of the government by providing the each and every citizen with the means to abolish tyranny.
Tyrants may come into power without a shot ever being fired but they remain in power through force of arms.
America we made a big mistake handing our guns over to our government, please learn from our mistake.
We trusted our government and we shouldn’t have, freedom only belongs to those of you who have the guts to defend it.

Democrats want to implement a ban on military-style assault weapons in the aftermath of the Sandy Hook shootings. Several lawmakers and liberal pundits assert that certain guns–by their very existence–are a threat to human life. Well. Why no similar outcry demanding an end to nuclear power–after four nuclear plant meltdowns at Fukushima?
I still do not understand how Adam Lanza is supposed to have gotten that Bushmaster into the school through the video-monitored entry system.
Start watching the above video at 55 seconds. NBC News reports that the “AR-15 style rifle” (The Bushmaster) had been left in the car Adam drove to the school, and that Adam only took the easily concealable handguns through the video-monitored entry system. But the government’s goal is to ban military assault rifles, and the refusal to allow reporters anywhere near the school suggests that it is the goverment itself that moved the Bushmaster from Adam’s car into the school, to justify calling for a ban in such guns.

We should all be taking care of our own amerikan business and deal with it our selves. We do not need no damned talk from any forein countries people as to how us people of america should practice our 1st and 2nd. or any other right that we supposedly have. We people here in america do not have to be told by some foreign countries people how to take care of business here in our own country. We know what we have got to do here.
