The Power of the Grand Jury

Published on Sep 6, 2013 by John Liberty

In the Supreme Court case of United States v. Williams, 112 S.Ct. 1735, 504 U.S. 36, 118 L.Ed.2d 352 (1992), Justice Antonin Scalia, writing for the majority, confirmed that the American grand jury is neither part of the judicial, executive nor legislative branches of government, but instead belongs to the people. It is in effect a fourth branch of government “governed” and administered to directly by and on behalf of the American people, and its authority emanates from the Bill of Rights. 2. If this true and I hope it is, I would love to be on a jury and convict some of these treasonous tards. Hang’m high

  3. I have patriot friends here in Massachusetts, who were getting together to start grand juries.

Most of them had immediate visits by the state police who told them state witnesses would refuse to appear at the GJ and, they would also stonewall providing any evidence that the GJ needed.

Of course, this is what ALWAYS happens. The criminals protect each other.
I’m not saying “don’t do it”. I’m just telling you what happened here in Massachusetts.

    1. Yes, of course the scum will call out their dogs to protect each of their corrupt little fiefdoms, and they won’t like being confronted with their own fraud, treason, and misprision. I suspect it’s going to take some additional organization and force to make it work. We shall see, and I’ll be rootin’ for our common law good guys all the way.

  4. Excellent video with many of the truths of our nation and its laws that have been obscured from us, we The People.
