(Hello! We come from Taiwan. The daughter and I very lucky meets the tortoise turning over in the Taipei Zoo.)
Today and my daughter arrives at the Taipei zoo to participate in outside the school together the activity, very lucky met the tortoise turning over, the smart companion has saved it,Tells my daughter with this time opportunity, helps others is joyful….

  1. I picked up a huge tortoise once because he was stuck halfway into a climb over an embankment that was too steep for him. He tried to urinate on me, so now the turtles are on their own as far as I’m concerned.

  2. When I was a young lad, I would explore the Chippewa river bottom land every day. I saw snapping turtles so big you could have rode on top of. I remember one time when I addressed one of these huge turtles with a stick about the size of a broom handle. I know firsthand why they call them “snapping turtles” because he snapped that stick in half for lunch! I certainly would have lost fingers if I got too close. I have not seen snappers that big since.

  3. Tortoises are smart, as well as cool, animals. My sisters and I had two desert tortoises that wandered into our backyard one day. They stayed for about a year and a half and then eventually wandered off. Did you know they eat snails right out of the garden?
