In the most strident warning over gun control to President Obama yet, the Utah Sheriffs’ Association is pledging to go to war over any administration plan to take guns away, even if it means losing their lives.
Calling the Second Amendment a sacred right of citizens to protect themselves from “tyrannical subjugation,” the association state elected sheriffs said in a new letter, “we are prepared to trade our lives for the preservation of its traditional interpretation.”
Theirs is the first meaningful proof that some in law enforcement and the military are preparing to fight federal forces if the president wins his goal of sweeping gun control.
In a direct warning to Obama, the FBI and other agencies, the sheriffs wrote: “Make no mistake, as the duly-elected sheriffs our our respective counties, we will enforce the rights guaranteed to our citizens by the Constitution. No federal official will be permitted to descend upon our constituents and take from them what the Bill of Rights–in particular Amendment II–has given them.”
While he wants an assault weapons ban and limits on ammo magazines, the president has not yet suggested he wants to confiscate guns.
The association revealed their concerns in a letter to the president just made public. It was sent on January 17. It opens by decrying the recent shootings at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn.
But the group argued that guns are simply “instruments,” and that they are needed by law-abiding citizens to sometimes subdue killers. “The citizenry must continue its ability to keep and bear arms, including arms that adequately protect them from all types of illegality,” said the letter.
Several groups have argued that assault weapons and high-capacity magazines are needed for self defense.
The association also called on Obama to push his efforts through Congress, not executive orders with no debate. “Please remember that the Founders of this great nation created the Constitution, and its accompanying Bill of Rights, an effort to protect citizens from all forms of tyrannical subjugation.”
Don’t do it, this is what Obama wants so he can impose further hardships on those he hates; everyone that did not vote for him.

What i see here is “we will stand up to obama if he pushes it through executive order but they will enforce any unconstitutional legislation just because it’s passed by a larger amount of traitors.”

This is wrong. The Bill of Rights does not give us the right. The Bill of Rights is a declaratory statement to the government that we already have these rights and that government cannot take them away.
News Flash To Kimmmm,
They have ALREADY taken away most of your Rights, especially the 2nd Amendment.
Failure on your part to recognize this simple fact does not mean that you “suddenly” have all of them back.
Hence the Sheriffs statement, which is correct even if you don’t care for the syntax.

Do your best to stay out of a Banker Ran (Bankers always play both sides in war) bloody Civil War, but never give up the guns, OR be forced to go in
and register with the government, and ask for permission to keep the guns.
If SHTF, might bypass the Banker ran Civil War and go straight for the bankers and politicians. Whatever else happens, be sure they get their Just Due.

I guess while we men are re-building and re-tooling our factories for war, the ladies can keep watching Jersey Shores and American Idol. I am sure the enemy will wait for us to get ready

No, those women were simply working good-paying factory jobs. They were not coming to the aid of their country.
And, no woman ever built a bomb or a tank nor an airplane. Men built those, and then gave to women a series of instructions to follow, in order for each to do her small job on the assembly line that was reproducing the man’s tank or bomb a thousand more times. That factory could have been making Lincoln logs, and her contribution level would have been the same.
I have friends and relatives who still work in the “defense” industry. They are not coming to the aid of their country, they are just working a good job they were glad to get. Let’s not confuse “employment” with the sort of “service” that fighting men do, when they defend their homes and communities.
And, our enemies have lost to us many times before, not because they waited for our women to get the country ready for war.
Please do stop working for the continuance of that sort of BS. Serious times are facing us.

I believe that all this crap going on is well planned. Please understand that there is a lot of effort currently being given to an old trick that works wonders for those working their evil behind the scenes. The trick is divide and conquer. Look at all the debates, 9/11, the unneeded TSA, the unneeded Homeland security, the Brutal and indifferent cops. Research The Mormons history you will find the persecutions endured by them were carried out after they were disarmed.Look up History of Mormons at a place called Hauns Mill Missouri, and the Missouri State issued extermination order. This history is remembered well by the progeny. Utah has the lowest grade from the Brady gun control group a feather in our cap if you ask me! Until recently the LDS Church contend that the constitution will be saved by theirs and other lovers of the constitutions efforts.

Joseph Smith, founder of the Mormon ‘religion’ was a 32nd degree Mason, which makes it part of the NWO agenda. So the only sheriffs in Utah that I could possibly see going against that agenda, would be those who are not Mormons.

Their is an interesting movement quietly going on in this country to bring the Sherif’s departments into the control of the Federal Marshal’s agency.
Why? Because the Sherif’s are only answerable to their local constiuents,not the Federal government. Struggling states get lured with lots of promises of money and perks. So they give in, join forces and BAM no more power for the Sherif’s as they become underlings of the Marshals. Research it.
