The answer to the headline is : whenever you can get away with it .
Many times a day when I am outside smoking, I scan my hood looking up at the powerlines, way down the street as far as I can see, inside trees, inside windows of building, watching for any utility companies working close by, for anything out of the ordinary. Situational Awareness, Operational Security, what ever you want to call it. And the subject brought up here goes through my mind every time. I always wonder when is it time to fight and die right their on the spot, or time to live for another day and fight tomorrow on my own terms where the odds are in my favor and I can in flick the most damage and possibly win. Of course we know if they are doing round ups, confiscations, martial law, etc, then it is already game on. We have to be smart about this. Boy, my friends sure have the weirdest dreams, don’t they? I did mention that this was just dreams of my friends? Heck, me personally… I don’t even own a sling shot, or a pea shooter! hehe lol
Of course in a total breakdown of law and order and not enough people to cover your perimeter I bring you the Autonomous-Paintball-Sentry-Gun. Of course it is illegal to put a real gun on it but boy will those hoodlums yell when they get painted.

I would have to agree with the 1st poster….when you can get away with it. Hell I contemplate it every day about many cops. And you wonder why I have such a bad taste in my mouth….maybe it’s due to a whole life of run ins with shady cops. Who do they get governed by? No one and some day soon it will be me and my trusted black steel that throw some hot lead and long and short distances. I would prefer the pink mist in my scope rather than on my clothes but hell I don’t mind lettin em see my face one last time

When???? Hmmmm…..I’m more concerned about effective shot placement rather than time.
At the very least, anytime they’re shooting at you.
At the VERY least.
That’s not to say other times are inappropriate.
This is an excellent video. Covered a vast array of topics with insights; an intelligently thought out written script. All cops should watch this, not to mention, all citizens.
I’m surprised there aren’t more cop killings. Maybe there are and we are not hearing about it.
Cops watch this? They’re still watching Rambo re-runs.
If I see a line of ten cops walking single file up to the front of someone’s house, I have half a mind to take a gun and start drilling them all in a straight line. I don’t care who it is in the house. What kind of idiots told these cops to form a straight line all the way up to the house? Do they want to get shot? That’s like an open invitation for shooting ducks in a barrel. What a bunch of dumbasses. Not very bright at all.
However, if it is to scare the homeowner into not doing anything, I can understand. But if the homeowner is well known in their neighborhood and has a pack of neighborhood watchmen with guns, I don’t think lining up single file is exactly the smartest idea. But that’s just me.

That’s how they do it when they Bum-Rush a jail cell to extract an inmate hehe
