I wish I could say, “only in America”, but I can’t…
People aren’t born idiots, they’re educated to be idiots and it looks
like most of them gravitate toward law enforcement.
I think there’s been an intentional effort made to weed decent people out of schools, courts, health-care, and law enforcement that’s been going on for decades, and what we’re now left with in all these institutions are idiots who are likely to follow any order given to them.
It’s only a matter of time before people snap and start taking these pigs out like the gestapo scum that they are.
It’s also a good idea to know English if you’re going to live in the United States of America, just saying.
My first thought exactly. Common sense would seem to dictate that one have at least a rudimentary understanding of the language of any country one intends to reside in permanently.
Regardless, their actions are inexcusable.

Although my wife speaks perfect English, this is what I fear will one day happen to her as well.
The language barrier isn’t really a big problem in this case. With the police, they should know that this person can’t speak very good English and get an interpreter or something as long as she is not using lethal force or resisting in a threatening way. And to taser the woman and to have two policemen doing it is absolutely abuse of force. Just a bunch of typical dumb cops who don’t know how to use their brains and enjoy beating on a helpless woman.
Also, WHAT THE HELL ARE THE PEOPLE DOING, STANDING AROUND WATCHING THE INCIDENT AND NOT HELPING???!!!! WHY DO PEOPLE STAND AROUND AND LET IT HAPPEN AND VIDEOTAPE IT LIKE IT IS GOING TO MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE??? FIGHT BACK, DAMMIT!!!! I’m so sick of people who stand there, knowing it is wrong and don’t have the balls to step up and help out a person who they know is being abused and beaten by policemen for doing nothing wrong. Grow some balls, people!
And to go to trial over it for trespassing? Are you kidding me? It’s a store where any customer can shop and they have the authority to arrest you for trespassing? WTF??!!! Who the hell do they think they are???
And the Apple Store and their policy of buying only 2 or 3 items policy is a bunch of bullshit. Who cares as long as they get their money. Since when do they care if they get more than 3 items? They say that they do this so people won’t re-sell them off the streets or something. It becomes your typical bullshit corporate copyright control law. It’s becoming just like the new Apple law that they are trying to put into effect by saying that you can’t re-sell used Apple goods at a yard sale without Apple’s permission. WTF!!!???
This scene is disgusting and being someone who was tased by a cop and has a Chinese wife, it makes me completely angry!
I know this is an understatement, but this is just wrong. Assumption of guilt before being proven as such is just not the America I want for my children and grandchildren.
