Don’t think there’s any coincidence that the guy giving the speech talked about St. Louis. After all, he was a cop in 2012 in St Louis. Was he letting people know Ferguson was an event that was going to happen? I don’t think so personally. Is he a big bad tough guy with a big mouth, yes. I will give him that.
