FERGUSON, Mo. – Two schools are on lockdown after a suspect reportedly shot his brother in the head then barricaded himself in a home, police say.

The shooting happened early Tuesday afternoon in the 400 block of Warford. The victim was found in the street and was taken to a local hospital. Officials say the victim was alert while being transported.

  1. between St Louis MO and Ferguson MO and I think one more city where a black woman became mayor and all the police force quit ..I’d have to say there arnt going to be many cops coming to enforce much ,, you better be able to enforce your own rule of law
