Jason Patrick, one of the sixteen people indicted on federal charges in the occupation of the Malheur Wildlife refuge, has an interesting past.
By pure coincidentce, LibertyFight became Facebook friends with Jason Patrick last year after I credited Patrick with naming rancher Jack Yantis killers on Facebook. Our Nov. 30., 2015 article went super viral and Adams County, Idaho Sheriff Ryan Zollman was forced to release the names of Yantis killers, Deputies Brian Wood and Cody Roland, 14 hours after the publication of our article. Mike Rivero’s top independent news website WhatReallyHappened.com was the first to run the story releasing the killers names, and it was subsequently picked up by countless online news websites. This forced the Sheriff and corporate media to finally follow suit and release their names. Rivero referred to LibertyFight’s expose and release of the killers names a month after the establishment refused to name them, as “a victory for the independent media.”
Just over two years ago, on January 30, 2014, FOX News declared Jason Patrick a hero for rescuing several people who were trapped in their vehicles, including a pregnant woman, from a dangerous storm.
FOX 5 Atlanta reported:

After the storm, Jason helped pull numerous people out of stranded cars, including a woman who was 8 months pregnant. At the time, Fox News’ post generated 602 comments, 874 shares and 17,551 people liked the post on Facebook.
Jason Patrick’s response, which is still on the site, stated “The overwhelming outpouring of truly kind words, recognition and support has been very humbling. Thank you one and all! The truth that is in Jesus Christ be glorified. I praise Him! God bless you all!”
Patrick has long been involved in patriot causes and can almost always be seen in photographs giving his trademark ‘peace’ sign.
