On Saturday afternoon, California Gov. Jerry Brown signed an historic anti-boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) bill,Assembly Bill 2844, into law, effectively barring companies that engage in discrimination against any sovereign state — including the Jewish state of Israel — from doing business with the Golden State.
The bill, which was introduced by Assemblyman Richard Bloom (D-Santa Monica), and co-authored by Assemblyman Travis Allen (R-Huntington Beach), had overwhelmingly passed in both houses of the legislature last month. California’s State Senate approved the bill by a vote of 34 to 1 on August 24, and the State Assembly passed it by 69 to 1 six days later.
Many different groups reacted by lauding the anti-BDS bill. The Simon Wiesenthal Center hailed Brown.
“Every defeat of the global BDS movement is an investment for peace and is a powerful blow against extremists. This victory is especially meaningful as it comes from America’s leading state,” Rabbi Abraham Cooper, the Associate Dean of the leading Jewish Human Rights NGO, said in a statement released from Jerusalem.
Cooper added, “More and more, BDS is being exposed as a cynical, hypocritical, anti-peace vendetta that seeks to demonize the Jewish state and all supporters of Zion. The Wiesenthal Center is committed to battle against BDS on campuses, churches, and in the halls of power.”
The Israeli-American Coalition for Action also issued a statement praising Brown for implementing the historic legislation.
“We applaud Governor Brown for signing this groundbreaking legislation,” said Shawn Evenhaim, Chairman of IAC for Action. “This new law sends a strong message that the state of California will accept its responsibility to protect its residents from the systemic hate and discrimination spread by the BDS movement and its proponents.”
The only two legislators to vote against AB 2844 were Democrats. They were Sen. Bill Monning (D-Carmel) in the state Senate, and Assemblyman Mark Stone (D-Monterey).

I’m sure this is just a coincidence. After all, Jews like Abe Foxman say that any claim about Jews having disproportionate influence over US politics is an “anti-Semitic canard.” Who are we to disagree with the unbiased assessment of the Chosen Ones? That would make us murderous, hate-filled bigots who stand in stark contrast to the peaceful, loving Israelis.

Although most Americans deserve the repeated butt-raping they’re getting from Israel on account of their blind support of that murderous regime, a sizable minority of Americans oppose Israel’s crimes. It’s not fair that we, too, should have to suffer the consequences of Israel control over the US. And of course there are millions in the Middle East who are suffering most of all.
If the only people to suffer from Israeli parasitism were “Christian Zionists” and other such idiots, I wouldn’t be the least bit bothered by Zionism.
Basically, I don’t want American money and resources used for a foreign country’s benefit…to our detriment.
I do not believe dual citizens of any country should be allowed to serve in any government position. Federal, State or Local. Elected or appointed. Pick a citizenship or don’t work in ANY government position or for any company that contracts with any American governmental entity.
I don’t want our Sons and Daughters to shed one drop of blood to benefit any foreign country, in this case israel, that is detrimental to American interests.
America gives lots of money and weapons to israel. So let them use those weapons with their Sons and Daughters. I want to see their “skin in the game”, overtly, and not the BS propaganda of rockets fired from Gaza into the “poor settler’s” neighborhoods. They’re little more than the Estes toy rockets I played with in junior high.
They should be an ally with common interests.
Not what appears to be domestic enemies operating within our government either directly, through blackmail or bribery to further israel’s interests.
American interests are NOT the same as israel’s.
Allies have common interests. Wars in the middle east that the israelis don’t participate in openly and significantly are mostly to the detriment of America.
Any group of people using our American governments to make it essentially illegal to boycott that same group of people are domestic enemies.
It’s obvious to me that the next steps will be making ANY questioning of ANY aspect of the Jewish deaths during WWII a crime. The same with ANY criticism of israeli policies. Domestic enemies will attempt to criminalize any criticism of israel under the guise of “hate speech” or some other cover story. Zionist jews have played the eternal victim card so much that I feel they are covering up some embarrassing truths.
Many European countries already have these unconstitutional laws and it”s obvious to me that the plan is the same for America.
It’s also why the anti-2nd amendment movement is overwhelmingly funded and politically supported by jews.
I believe it is an organized criminal syndicate that has taken advantage of Christians, jews and muslims.
This needs to be discussed openly and light shed upon the whole criminal extortion racket.
It does NOT need to be made illegal, in any fashion, anywhere in America.
Finally. There are already nuclear weapons in the hands of terrorists in the middle east. Israel.
I sincerely believe israel would use use these weapons in false flag terror events anywhere, including America, to be blamed on muslims or American “home grown terrorists”. Because they perceive it would benefit israel.
In short, israel has nuclear weapons in the middle east. Israel has committed acknowledged terrorist activities and false flag operations throughout it’s historical existence.
And I believe they are the biggest internal and external threat to American national security.
