Somehow I get the feeling that the man’s medical bills and ongoing care will far exceed that amount.
Not to mention what the sharks, er, I mean lawyers will extort from him, Sunfire.
I imagine lists are being made of all these criminals wearing badges, their addresses, etc.
An ‘apology’ from the ‘sheriff’ who wasn’t even in charge at the time…the system is completely broken.
Thank god, we only have to fear ONE government.
Those poor bastards have to fear 300,000,000 citizens.
He should have got at least that much just for pain and suffering. I hope he goes after them two cop with a civil suit now and sues them personaly. I bet that nothing happened to those two cops at all and that sheriff should appologize, the sheriff is supposed to have control and take responsiblity for the actions of those cops below him. Those cop should be brought up on criminal charges like attempted murder alteast.
