A brief note this evening on the subject of an armed society being a polite society. In Utah, a man with a concealed carry permit was in the parking lot of a store when he heard the screams of a woman in distress. She was in the process of being dragged from her vehicle by a carjacker when the man intervened. The aforementioned carjacker apparently liked his chances (for some reason) in bringing a fist to a gunfight. It did not end well for him.
Police are hailing a man who shot and killed a would-be carjacker outside a Utah grocery store, saying he did the “right thing” by coming to the aid of the vehicle’s owner.
Investigators say the 31-year-old man with a concealed weapons permit was in Macey’s parking lot in Orem, 45 miles south of Salt Lake City, when he heard a woman’s screams as she was being pulled from her SUV by the suspect.
The early reporting isn’t providing a lot of forensic details, but the Samaritan was packing a 9 mm and the carjacker is currently at room temperature. Rather than being placed under arrest, the still unidentified man is being hailed as a hero by the cops and is not expected to face any charges. What might have happened to the woman had he not been there, ready for action, will remain a subject of speculation. (Thankfully.)

Not that I don’t praise the guy for his efforts and what he did, I’m just somewhat curious as to why the police didn’t arrest him for murder and because he had a gun. If you or I did that, we probably would have had trumped up charges and never would have seen the light of day. Makes me wonder if there’s more to this story that they’re not telling.

I think it is rather “where” or in what state you are in. If it was Mass, NY, NJ, MA, Minn, Calif, states where the liberal Democrats are the governing majority, or near or in liberal cities dominated by liberal Democrats, you will ultimately have a hard time of it and be charged with something out of the hat.
Near every city or town or state run by Democrats, is in near economic and social chaos, at or near bankrupt and but more importantly, socially and morally bankrupt. However, more and more, as we enter increasingly into a police state, even the Republican States and areas are becoming a question, as the Republicans give no more than lip service to our problems an give no more than a shout, if that to evil.
Sooner or later we are going to see the SHTF. Economic collapse is immanent, a police state is increasingly being erected, religious and racial tensions are being manipulated, orchestrated, or just plain headed for violent confrontation. We have a President who is purposely preparing America for chaos and the introduction of a Marxist Dictatorship with more and more Americans realizing this and both arming and preparing themselves for the inevitable.
And it was all because “good men did nothing”, most of America and their yuppies and soccer moms and dads stayed neutral and complacent. In scripture God condemns those that are neutral more than His enemies. ‘ …be ye hot or cold, but the lukewarm I will vomit from My mouth’, for even to God, those who ignored the current of evil, who were satisfied to be left alone in their nice houses, cars, suburban and rural living, who did nothing to stop the moral degradation of America, these God will eventually punish more than His enemies.
The solution is only one of two, either the nation falls down on their knees and begs God for mercy, and amends their lives, or the most violent fight between good and bad ensues. Guess which one is going to be the solution.
